And basically accepted in that way so what happens is after that, it is constantly you’’re going to find different lives but such a valuable life or precious life when you read here precious human life it does not mean that human life is precious .....(he stops to talk to a baby)

Precious human life and I am not talking about human life is precious here so they are referring to a very specific life with a specific quality so you are basically, let me put it this way when you’’re going through this particular path let me just say three things are involved three most important steps so the step one here is knowing the qualities, difficulties of in the Buddhist terminology of what we say Samsara and Nirvana. Samara here meaning the circle of life meaning one after the other life. Death followed by Bardo then birth, birth followed life followed by death followed by Bardo. So Bardo is a totally Tibetan word it is sort of between the two lives this life and the future life there is some kind of , how would you call it, in between or intermediate or a sort of buffer state in between or a transitional period.

So it is a sort of a buffer state a transition state between death and birth so that’’s called the Bardo Essentially everybody uses the Tibetan word some people can translate it as an intermediate state so it is a continuation of that basically it represents too Samsara and if you ask what really is my Samsara again it is a continuation of that.it is not only me as a person or being or an individual but the continuation of taking identity sort of identity one after the other following the continuation of it.

The continuation of it and that is called Samsara and if you really wanted to know you say what is Samsara and that continuation of taking identity by the forceful power of Karma and delusion so which indicates you really don’’t have control in hand however well, that might not be really right, the problem I can see here is try to bend a little bit down from the original thing and try to see try to give a hint say that not by your power by the force of Karma and delusion however if you say that there’’s a problem. The problem is there are beings who really have a true recognition of the true nature of emptiness and yet they’’re not free from the Samsara yet, so these people don’’t have control they have control of their future rebirths so the definition of Samsara if I try to bend is not going to work can you see? So probably it’’s not right to bend that way so you have to stick to the original one continuation of it. It is caused by delusion and Karma yes, I think you can do it why the problem that I just now raised is they are probably free of delusion and Karma however the form what they have is the result of delusion so maybe you can get it there in the form the body in what they have there is still left over of delusion result so it’’s okay probably I don’’t see any other problem in there yet.

So anyway so to give you a basic idea the continuation of it is the Samsara so this continues from there of the running after another after another like a clock, one pushes the other this continuation of it is called Nirvana so the basic Buddhist idea basically Nirvana is peace and Samsara is suffering that is the basic Buddhist thing (he speaks Tibetan) it is peace and virtue. So the first thing here what you want it really here to try to see is to see the circle of life and what problems do we face what sufferings we have how much it will continue in that the suffering is almost the nature of life what we have seeing that carefully and also seeing the quality of the Nirvana so by doing one develops certain important wishes to be able to obtain the Nirvana we have a basic thing we do have we always seek peace we’’ve recognize sufferings and pains when you don’’t have peace so we seek peace and it is easy for us because we see it when you don’’t have peace it is miserable and difficult when you have peace it’’s nice and relaxed we like it we can see it so making that idea in even a bigger broader picture and looking in it how far the difficulties that we face in life covers and how far were the pieces covered and sort of try to make the (?) between the suffering area and the peaceful area and also see the qualities of there and seeing the problems here then the rising question saying what do I want to do now and looking at it carefully and then saying hey that’’s great I want to end this. Am I talk to you okay? So I want to end this and the problems that I’’m constantly experiencing it is there another way there is another place, not necessarily a place, there’’s another state I would love to have that state and developing that by an intelligent way so that means balancing and judging what is here what is over there and then making a decision what is going to be good for me. Did you get it?

So that is the first step actually really the first step so when you try to get that first step and what problems will block you to reaching that first step the problem which blocks that first step is nothing but attachment nothing but attachment the attachment to material comfort, not necessarily a material comfort alone, material comfort when I use the word material comfort I’’m not looking I’’m not necessarily looking for luxurious items or something. I’’m looking at comfort

the attachment to the comfort that we experience will be obstacle for that how do the (?) become obstacles probably would have to spend tremendous amount of time to fulfill the desire of that comfort and we also have to spend a tremendous amount of energy, time, effort, everything just to make at least even maintain the status quo and not only that in addition to that and then the wants will come up I want this, I want that, I want this all sorts of wants and not necessarily in the material terms but in terms of even physical, mental, and spiritual comfort. Okay let me put it that way, spiritual, mental and physical comfort just to fulfill the physical material comfort we put too much time and energy in that it is probably is meaningless at ends not just because it is emptiness and ends but just as it is, it is meaningless. However we put tremendous time on that and on top of that we also want mental comfort we also seek spiritual comfort so all this if you dig down sometimes we think we’’re working for spiritual benefit and this and that but sometimes if you look deep down it could have been a simple attachment. Attachment of bringing me to either state of comfort material spiritual emotional all of them and that is how attachment can (?) a block to individual’’s true path or true comfort what you really get at the end and somehow diversifies your attention by all these ways so knowing, learning, and knowing it and thinking about it and meditating it on it and finally be able to see what is really good and what is really bad what is really suffering and what is really is the cessation of suffering. From here one can make the decision the decision of seeking a true peace seeking the true Nirvana which is somehow in the Buddhist tradition presented the other way around instead of presenting what you wanted it is sort of presented the other way what you don’’t want, so call it renunciation.

So instead of seeking Nirvana you’’re renouncing Samsara! That is a lot of Buddha’’s way of doing it. Buddha instead of saying, you can be happy and great in this way and that way he goes on saying this is suffering that suffering this is suffering the Buddhism introduced a certain way so that is what it is. So instead of telling you the peace in the Nirvana and the difficulty in Samara the first and foremost is just the word of renunciation so you get a big shock! Renounce? What am I going to renounce/? I renounce every world comfort wow how am I going to do that? Probably it’’s not for me and all that sort of problem for the individual it is not really talking about renouncing comfort but it’’s talking about seeking the peace in Nirvana. That was a block for the individual because of attachment attachment to this life is easier to renounce however attachment to the future life is more difficult to renounce particularly for those of us who claim and to seeking a spiritual path to seeking a future life benefit.

Buddha to Buddha the attachment whether it is for this life or a future life it is attachment attachment is attachment and it’’s bad! It is an obstacle it is a delusion it is a clue for the continuation of suffering is attachment if there is no attachment there will not be a continuation if there is no continuation the individual not stick to the Samsara that makes you stick to Samsara is there was a glue provided that glue is nothing but attachment so two major glues one attachment for this life and the other one is even bigger in difficulty to separate that is attachment for future lives.

So knowing or rather accepting or embracing. embracing in the life with the qualities what we have and what makes it possible to have such a fortunate precious life and how does this precious life been found by what cause by what circumstances and how long it can last from these points will make you to lose your attachment for the comfort of this life. Point number one recognizing what kind of life we are talking about what kind of precious, what kind of preciousness of the life what we’’re talking about we are not obviously we’’re not talking like a normal all human life is precious we are not talking about that at all when we say precious human life we are not talking about human life is precious, I mean it is true human life is precious but we are talking much more than that we are talking much more than that we’’re talking the value of the life what we, you and I have today over here We are talking about that life so you have to see the qualities what we have seeing the quality, capability, opportunity and not only seeing it but seeing it good will help to recognize the preciousness of it then there are the sort of the traditional way they say there are eighteen different qualities and all this and that eighteen different qualities and all this and that and that things you can read certain books are valuable now and if you read it you’’re going to find it all of them there probably you should say certain page from this page to that page instead of you read the whole book from the title page to the last page, so does anyone have offhand knowledge of what page to page it covers human life, preciousness? Read it out

Audience: In the Joyful Path page one twenty one to one forty three.

Rimpoche okay there you find all the eighteen qualities in all of this it is also in the Tibetan tradition of mental development (garbled talking with students) Also in Awaking the Heart of Enlightenment and Essential Nectar.

So anyway I’’m not going to talk about the traditional way what are the eighteen qualities and all this and that you’’ll find in there but the important point is whether there are eighteen or not eighteen whatever it is normally we all know how precious human life is in addition to that for us we have extraordinary qualities the quality what we have in our life is sort of mixed with opportunity opportunity to be able to end this continuation and the suffering after another to be able to end that and end for good and achieve something greater a sort of greater stage and that is a rare quality and that is definitely rare quality it was not shared by every human being is not shared by every educated colleague and friend and classmate even the roommates don’’t share that and we do! and that is important and that in particular is really important in this very fragile and that is the basis of the opportunity actually all this eighteen qualities and you see it this is key. You may not be able to take advantage of those eighteen qualities if you don’’t have the opportunity not at all and even if you have the opportunity the opportunity may be right in front of you however some of you can’’t take it is like a beautiful nice delicious looking Baklava and all other nice sweets when you go to the Greektown whatever it is, the nice bakery where you can look and see all these things and sweets they are beautiful over there but if you’’re a diabetic you can’’t eat. (he laughs) There may be a great opportunity there and it is beautiful but you can’’t use it! You can’’t use it and similarly and here the everyday possible opportunity may be on the tray on your table, however, I can’’t take it just because your priority are different or just because I am not interested or just because I don’’t care, I don’’t believe it and all of them and that’’s why I mean it’’s very fragile and on top of that we also have very shaky ground, shaky ground because we don’’t see the quality of the Nirvana at all because this is something to be experienced, you can’’t really talk much about it how Nirvana really is because you have to experience this it’’s like one blind person cannot really describe to another blind person how white looks like white what is white how does it look, how does it look white is white what else can you say. There are no other colors in it what is color? Right? So our ground of Samsara and Nirvana is that much shaky so the inspiration of getting that is limited and on top of that it is such a period a period where we say ““oh it is bullshit”” Forget it! Why wasting your time forget it it just does nothing there is nothing called future life who has ever seen it who’’s ever come back from there and all this sort of thing or what they talking about it or is it religions believe that it does not matter just leave it there so indirectly indicated, it is not reality because scientifically there’’s no proof or whatever is is the reason it might be or in addition to that if you’’re looking in that sort of manner or that way you are out of the mainstream so all of them adds a pressure to lose that very great opportunity. So when you embrace the life a precious life it is not only embracing the human life alone but a human life with the precious quality all of them together it is beneficial not only for me but for all beings I mean if you look in the big mainstream of life after life this is really a blue moon. Once in a blue moon that is what it is and also is very fragile it’’s fragile because of this condition and (?) it was carefully stated even in Tibet or Mongolia all these areas even those areas they say is fragile and difficult very fragile today in the West extremely fragile so if one has love and a feeling for one self one should really take care on that. so anyway the point one here is recognizing and the quality acknowledging and tried to gain benefit from that try to become a part of life is sort of habitually build it in that’’s what one should do so once you should have that sort of taking in as a part of life or habitually automatically looking in that it helps us to protect from that fragile condition and not only is it fragile from the (?) point of view is very fragile as our life is fragile who knows how long we will live? It is very difficult so (he speaks Tibetan) so recognizing the importance of this one point and that it is very fragile and can lose at any minute by external way or internal way by death by the influence of friends by anything, by pressure from work by pressure from family or one builds up ones own pressure from in one’’s own mind and makes it impossible for oneself all of them sort of will contribute towards that.

So by seeing those and if you lost one is it like that you are changing your shirt can you throw it away and get another one it is not like that it’’s not that easy it’’s almost like one individual has one very good shirt with a sentimental value on it so you really take care of it, isn’’t it so in that manner if you can see it and the fragile condition will help to losing the strong attachment for the comfort of his life in a strong attachment for the comforts of this life we will be losing by these points and nothing else by these points as well as recognizing the qualities in addressing a quality life here it also gives you inspiration to continue with your practice. So precious is the human life gained by the ones is covered in this point has great potential but easily lost so leave that easy lost for a minute has great potential so what are we talking about the potential here the potential to be able to cut the continuation which brings suffering after suffering in the sutras the Buddha had mentioned if you keep the corpse of the life that you died if you save them in one side he said the whole universe is too small to hold all those corpses if you keep on saving those of our lives if you keep on saving the blood that you lost in our lives he said the ocean is too small compared with that so that sort of life is repeated one after another now each life is one corpse rather than two corpse.

Which indicates how much we have gone through this suffering suffering is what we have in our lives sometime if you try to compare with other life is probably nothing in the other life there’’s been tremendously more. In this life what we’’re doing here is a good life it’’s one of the good ones really and even in this we experience that much suffering and pain what about others? much worse tremendously worse so ending of it is in our hands and what does Buddhism provide here is an opportunity to be able to do that and that makes it great and even if you compare with the different spiritual paths and very few spiritual paths will offer this many of the spiritual paths will offer you a comfort in life comfort in what is it comfort, health, wealth, mental peace, or a little edge over but very few offer this sort of thing and not only it offers freedom from the Samsara and as the Mahayana part will also introduce you and go deeper than that and say even Nirvana is suffering we go to that part so not only is Samsara is suffering but also Nirvana is suffering too so going beyond that and bringing the ultimate true state of Buddha enlightened state which is totally free and that is the Mahayana part of that and that also in a shorter period of time somehow if this life is so valuable so precious and so this can you achieve a Buddha stage within this lifetime, Vajrayana says yes and makes it possible that is what Vajrayana offers so that is what great potential’’s and this is easily be lost because think is easily lost as I mentioned to you (?) you can become burned out or whatever excuse you can have I don’’t think anyone else loses except individual but that’’s terrible. Anyway and then the external things external opportunity is not valuable losing it

Or even if the opportunity is there, there is a life threatening there is the problems, illnesses or conditions even conditions we see it within ourselves among ourselves right? Some people really wanted to get into this somehow the conditions they could not do it they just could not do it they don’’t get it right nobody wanted to check them or maybe it was too difficult for someone to drop off or pick up someone or even to look up and one can’’t do herself and that sort of condition we see this even within ourselves don’’t we so that is easily lost and then common threat to our life is death which is just hanging over their like an ax hanging on someone’’s neck it’’s really ready to go any minute we talk about it and then it happens right? we see it, it happens the (?)) its one car hits and gone (?) and I don’’t really need an appointment you don’’t go and say when what time where nothing and there’’s no question of I have to do this and have do that you can’’t do that right? It just cuts you there right there! And all of them there.. And if you’’re looking the life there are so many things in one way if you look the body is so strong no matter what happens you still exist and you don’’t die but in another way it is so fragile just a tiny little thing here and there goes wrong and that’’s the end of it. Accidents, disease, right? AIDS, HIV, hepatitis (he laughs)

You can die with a tiny little pimple sometimes you die if you really think that way it can happen heart attack is another one right? And if you really see it people who have a heart attack some friend of mine who died he smoked a cigarette in dinner or lunch and he goes to throw the ashes down and he had a heart attack so there’’s no time to go from here to there you don’’t get that hand put down the ash put down in that, it goes.

Very fragile no question some little pimple makes you die right? One of my uncles in Tibet is the 13th Dalai Lama I think it was a (?) was the former prime minister of Tibet and he died when going to India the Chinese sort of made him a little bit some kind of important only by name and he has all the facilities and all this he got some kind of tiny little pimple in the wrong place somewhere where the tail is and he was feeling so shy to tell and I don’’t know what happened but something happened there and he died with a was too late for him anything for them to do so people died with pimple just a little pimple in the wrong place.

So that’’s it so in short if you meditate in our life and the conditions for dying is countless and effortless there’’s just tremendous amount and the conditions for survival is very little even those meant for survival medicine or ever food could go wrong somewhere and makes you die right? I’’m thinking of the Baklava right there (he laughs).

So if you meditate on this since this is the foundation I’’ll not go in detail there is like nine rounds of meditation on impermanence, dying, death stage, even to the condition of meditating oneself all of them all of these idea here is nothing more then try to lose the attachment for this life truly is showing you how meaningless this life is how meaningless everything is or by recognizing this what do we expect to gain out of this? some kind of a desire to take the benefit out of this whatever benefit you can get by this life by this, like the business people will take the opportunity where you can make the best profit if you have the opportunity there and when you can’’t take it you are a fool, right? and it is very much like that here you have great condition in the life the business people will look the monetary is total benefit when you check something means get the money all to your side or to your account or whatever it is. Here the value is not left on the monetary the value is left on your spiritual development so it is such an opportunity that if you cannot take it you are a fool. So not only you should take that opportunity and get the benefit on you but also not waste time so not to getting the benefit you can’’t take the benefit is again the obstacles the basic obstacle what you have is that you’’re not interested that is one thing another one is laziness laziness here is wasting time, wasting time to gain that value doing something else we do that very often you know this is good for you

This is what you are supposed to do but somehow you cannot get to it we are distracted in between for something else we’’d like to do that and sometimes we purposely do it to avoid and sometime are forced to do it we do that all the time don’’t we so that is laziness so you must be very busy. So that laziness will make you apart, apart from the point that you really want to do. So here you have to recognize the value of the life embrace the life, acknowledge the quality, and also see how difficult it is to find if you lost it. That is what I told you it’’s not like changing a shirt. we do have a reincarnation no doubt about it if we don’’t have a reincarnation it is best we cannot achieve anything better than that but we are not we continuously have the reincarnation but that reincarnation sometimes gives you a romantic idea of like going to the bathroom I will go away a couple of days and then come back this sort of idea that we have but it is not it is definitely reincarnation but it is very difficult it is totally new, totally new! there’’s a tiny little part of you what you call yourself, what we call it our self a tiny tiny subtle very subtle thing that continues the rest of it everything is new, new identity, new body, new nationality, if you’’re at all a human being, new look, new friends, new opportunity or a new condition which has no opportunity, everything is totally new you do not recognize, you do not remember very few people remember very very few even that memory a shaky some of them not correct, some people will say yes I remember my life by previous life most of them just close their eyes and they get all sorts of funny pictures and you call that a memory of previous life and you say I exactly remember what I said about at that time, I exactly remember how it look like it and later when I saw it, it was just there! all of them it could be a glimpse of a certain part of a memory in that but nothing continually. So it is a total new situation it almost look like you were another person almost from the all practical purposes you are a different person almost all practical purposes except the ultimate reality you are you, you are nobody else but otherwise from the identification point of view everything is new there is very little continuation remember what Yeshe (?) was saying the other day? it’’s almost like one candlelight leaping to another candlelight is a continuation is that fire which went from one candle to another candle this is new candle new wax new candle stand it is everything different if you are Vajrayana practicing if you know all of those all this twenty five gross point of all this you totally have to absorbing totally absorb is the word we are using but actually you are separating forgetting losing and forgetting it and there is no such thing somebody has forgot to give you a shot and so you are remembering and you get a shot and you forgot now. No definitely not before you die you begin to forget everything of this life we do that we see that we see every day if you look at the dying people you say she can not hear or she can no longer recognize a friend we see that all the time we say there’’s no recognition now, he is alive, I think he can understand, I think he can hear it but the total of what is happening is that memories are losing going so the only recognition is based on our memory, the memory is a mental faculty all the faculties will be dropped. You know the memory on after another one by distance two by time three by the conditions of the body and finally you leave the body as a whole and everything is gone so it is a total new and everything we develop or develop a new one again.

And it’’s very hard to get the same type of opportunity, same type of benefit. So what we need is a mind of seeking benefit out of this great condition and may be able to grow that day and night. So here what you do is very important it is the beginning of the path now guru yoga guru devotional practice we call it is the root of all development here is the beginning of the path the first path is embracing life otherwise you be cuckoo if you don’’t embrace life and you think something else comes from somewhere else you are going to be crazy so here and the first thing you see what you have it and how valuable it is and you recognize that and then see is it possible if I lost it can I find it easily again just like that one after another no that’’s definitely not true once you start forgetting here and dissolving everything once you begin to see yourself again you will probably have a horn on your head and a tail on your butt and hair on your body even then you’’re lucky you’’ll wake up and find two horns going like this in four or five arms on the sides and a tail that can sting people right? You can wake up and people will tell you shooh (he laughs) right? All of them are possible so the chances of hitting this condition is very little and having the different conditions is very big so therefore while this is in hand and have to be better than a fool do something sort of make your mind seeking blessings and meditating it and the recognition of all of them again become a part of life to the practices and things like if it becomes habitually you’’re doing if possible all the time otherwise certain specific time habitually you’’re doing it and then it is taking step so when you say this is verse: one recognition, two difficulty to find it again, and how valuable it is each of those three points you can meditate if you’’re alone you can say this verse or you before you say you can sit down and meditate look in and appreciate what you have sort of make yourself happy that you have this condition and then tell yourself if I lost the opportunity it would be very wasteful Kadampa lamas have said if somebody finds a bag full of gold dust and the guy is very happy and carries the gold dust on his shoulder and there’’s a hole in the bag as you walk around and wherever you walk the dust goes in the dust and how sorry you are going to be but you should have had a much more stronger sorry than that because the value that you lost is far beyond that of the gold value. 19:35

So they will cover three points on that and meditate think materials you can collect from those books that we are covered and then reading books here in a spiritual way and reading books for information ways is too different things when you read a book for the spiritual way what you do is you collect all of this information the different books and don’’t leave it on the book essence of it bring on your own head and when you go use a precious human life and over there you should be able to bring all the information’’s and all the important points not all the information but all the important points and almost like the punching points wherever their be able to bring it over to you and see how it affects to our rough mind with that sort of present that idea to our rough mind with a little punch so it will accept and how much it accepts and that’’s how it works and once our mind accepts it and then it becomes our sort of built-in and incorporated in and as a result of that our way of living and working and habitual patterns that we put up will change and each one of those changes that take place within the individual it is affecting your life not only is it affecting one’’s life and affecting it positively and your output is different and when the output is different and that output has a stronger virtue and if it affects back again to individual and affects others to. To helping others means this way through the spiritual way in this way rather than other ways did you hear me what I said? and that is how it should work and that is called practice the practice does not necessarily mean you have to sit down and say mantras that is a level of practice but that’’s not the only one this is the essence of practice really okay that’’s what I came to say and next day what I must remember the debt is quick to stuck (he speaks Tibetan) I’’m not going to cover the next verse no okay so since I’’m not in a cover the next verse I’’ll go back to the previous verse so when you’’re meditating the spirit field of merit in front of you when you have the first verse sort of the three important points of the guru devotional practice the one important point is the root of all development looking into the developing sort of relying on and the second is by remembering the kindness and gaining respect which has mental aware and physical aware and of course it is the root of all development and so therefore whenever what ever the problem that I may have on this will I be able to overcome by the guru devotional practice is the root of all development is it is very difficult to grow within the individual very difficult to grow the most difficult to grow most of us will spend years and years and years on this because it is the biggest obstacle the biggest difficulty because struggle there, you don’’t have to wait to get that in order to move on to the next someone because some people get stuck there completely so you do simultaneously you do this as well as the next one so as I mentioned to you earlier the guru devotional practice will ultimately leads you to the enlightenment not through that way, it itself, is the path don’’t have to go through another one, it itself is the path but that is very very far away very long away. I think that’’s enough for me to mention so the sign of development of the guru devotional practice is seeing all your spiritual masters are almost

mixing like the water in the water or milk in the milk like that of inseparable with that of enlightened Buddha that is the sign and which is very far away and the sign for developing embracing the human life is appreciating the capabilities and the individual becomes quite happy happy to sort of recognizing how fortunate I am to be able to be on that condition and sort of happy with that and the next importantness it will make you feel pain and pinch if you waste time and the third step it is difficulty to find it makes you it makes it almost impossible for you to just sit idle so these are the signs of development of those these are the spiritual development of the beginning stage of the condition for spiritual development so moving towards and if a person on the level of developing that we will say that he is on number two and not training it is training but becoming part of life and the people adopted that as part the inner development sign is being shown by external actions when I say it becomes part of it and then your behavior will change, your attitude will change that’’s what I mean, when the inner development comes the outer signs will show you go back and forth all the time so when you say empower me to see this clearly and make every effort to follow it well or empower me to remember this constantly and to think day and night of taking its essence so when you say empower me before that you put all of your effort whatever you want to put meditatively now to seek a spot on top of that you’’re calling to the spiritual field of merit and each one of those steps so you are calling on them you can visualize light and liquid coming from the body of the spiritual field of merit and just by the type of the light and liquid coming to the body its impurities of (?) in general and in particularly the obstacles of this particular one for guru devotional practice in all this type of thing and all of them and for the precious human life is not recognizing and doesn’’t think he or doesn’’t believe it or doesn’’t value of think the life is worthless is in all this and all of those natural and also living forever type of thing all of them particularly (?) in general and particularly those things completely washed away by the powerful liquids that flow from the bodies of the spiritual field of merit and kind of gone out of your body in the form of whatever dirt liquid whatever it is or even in the form of the animals that you don’’t like like insects that you don’’t like some people don’’t like, I don’’t like scorpions some people don’’t like cockroaches I don’’t mind very much cockroaches and things like that and that’’s another one black, smell terrible, it has a tremendous body odor not a skunk a small one in insect of beetle type of thing. Okay so any form whatever it is it doesn’’t matter and if you don’’t want any form then the color you don’’t like some people don’’t like black so whatever you don’’t like in that manner it goes out of your body completely, separated and your body becomes pure and you have washed all of that out of you your emotional and mental stream all these obstacles are washed away and this particular in development has been grown into you this sort of thing you have to think and meditate if you do this that’’s why empower me to remember this constantly and to think day and night of taking the essence you to not only think that you’’re doing it but also practically you should be able to do it and if you’’re noticing that you’’re moving towards that direction without bringing anger without bringing frustration and then you’’re going towards this moving towards the right direction that’’s what it is okay? So that’’s that and thank you. (He prays in Tibetan)
