(Heart Sutra.....lineage prayer......sa zhi pokyi......sang gye cho dang tsog kyi chog nam la......)

Do kindly generate a pure motivation as described in the traditional lam rim teachings. Even if you can't generate bodhimind according to that tradition, at least you can generate the thought that for the benefit of all living beings, I would like to obtain the ultimate state of buddhahood, in order to serve and help all living beings. With such a motivation, do kindly listen to this teaching. The teaching you are listening to is the "Road Map to Buddhahood." This is known as lam rim. That has two very basic outlines:

1. Talking about the lineage masters of this tradition

Confirmation of what they have said needs to be done

That part is over. We are on the second level

2. How does one individual practice and follow the path on that

That has basically two:

1. Root of all Development, guru devotional practice

2. After developing that, what is the individual supposed to do

We have done the guru devotional practice. We are on the second one. That has:

1. Recognize and make best use of the human life we have

2. Understanding that, how one goes about the practice

We are on the first, embracing human life. That has two:

1. Embracing human life itself and its importance

2. Difficult to find

We are on the first of these.

1. Embracing human life itself and its importance

According to Pabongka's Liberation in the Palm of your Hands there are three outlines for this:

1. Recognizing 2. Importance 3. Difficult to Find. But in the nyur lam, the first two: recognizing and importance have been put together into one outline.

Recognizing the human life has the 8 leisures and 10 endowments.

The 8 leisures are divided into 4 on the point of the human experience and 4 from the point of non human beings. We have covered that. The 10 endowments have 5 from the point of view of the individual's life and 5 from the point of view of the time that we are in. We have covered all these.

Now we are on the second segment of this outline:

The importance of this life

There are 5 points here, like time, nature, base, etc.

1. zhing - base

2. sampa - motivation

3. ngö po - actual

4. ten - life

5. dü - time

Last time we have covered the first, the base. Each one of these points, when you meditate on them in the actual practice itself, has two parts:

1. In session

2. in between sessions

In session has 3:

1. prerequisite - the 6 prerequisites

2. actual thinking

3. conclusion

This is the same for every point. The prerequisites are always the same 6 prerequisites.

6 prerequisites

These include creating the field of merit, offering the seven limbs, including prostrations, making offerings, purification, rejoice, making requests to remain, making requests for the teaching and dedication, plus the mandala offering. Then make the 3 important points of request, finally the field of merit dissolves, creating first Thubwang Dorje Chang and finally Lama Lhak pai Lha on your crown. Then say:

kyab ne kundu lama lhak pai lha

thub wang dor je chang la sol wa deb

The collection of all objects of refuge

I prostrate to you, Lama Thubwang Dorje Chang

Make again the short seven limbed offering, mandala offering and finally meditating, why all of us, I and all living, non-enlightened sentient beings are still suffering.

It is interesting. The word 'sentient being' in Tibetan automatically is automatically understood to mean non-enlightened being. But in English a sentient being means one who has mind. 0:20:07

In Tibetan, living beings are divided into two: enlightened and non-enlightened. And the non-enlightened ones are known as sentient beings. Enlightened beings are known as buddhas.

No matter whoever the enlightened beings may be. In English Buddha is a sentient being, right? You are not going to say that Buddha is not a sentient being. So I and all non-enlightened beings are constantly, continuously suffering for a long time from suffering of suffering, changing suffering and pervasive suffering. We are suffering even now and if we don't try to do something about it, it is not going to end. Why? Because we never appreciated how important, how valuable this human life and opportunity is. We know, but never realize properly. So many times we waste our time. If we keep on wasting our time, the time will go. No one can hold the time.

There is a story of the great Mahasiddha called Nyima Bepa, the "Sun Holder". He thought that the sun was going too fast and people were wasting precious time. So he tried to hold the sun. It is said that time didn't move. These are the mahasiddha stories. Whether time stopped moving or not, I am sure he was holding the sun. It looks like a cowboy tying a horse to a hitching post! Very similar idea. They say that Nyima Bepa was holding the sun with a rope and tied it to a hitching post. I have not seen it written, but heard the story. Maybe it is a kid's story. Who knows! But other than that, time goes and if we don't achieve the purpose of our life, it will be wasted. That is the reason why we can never end our suffering, life after life. But this time, we have all these qualities we mentioned: understanding, ability to communicate, think, analyze, meditate, to make a difference to our life. We have met with the great spiritual path that can make a difference. This path is the path of pure, great teachings. The message comes as a living tradition. Messengers are available. If one can make use of this, they can do it. Additionally, we have all the facilities available. It is a wonderful time, which however, is definitely short-lived.

So if we cannot take best advantage of this great opportunity we will continue with the same old stuff again and again. Suffering will continue.

Therefore I and all sentient beings may be able to do this. Bless us to be able to do this. Light and liquid come from the body of Lama Lhak pai Lha, enter into the bodies of all living beings, purify negativities in general and in particular, obstacles to achieving this very development. I and all living beings receive the realization of this. Our bodies become pure light nature. We have longevity, good health, all that and our fortune, luck and good karma, all have increased. Especially we have received the blessing of Lama Lhak pai Lha.

Within this, not only life is important, but it is very powerful because of 5 specific points.

base, motivation, actual, physical base and time. We have already talked about the base.

2. Motivation

Our motivation makes our life very powerful. If we just think, "I have to do it", or "I like to do it", that is a simple motivation; good but not good enough. Buddha recommends we should have a motivation of compassion, compassion for yourself and compassion for others. Just compassion alone is not enough. One needs greater compassion, meaning focusing on all living beings. It is the aspect of the mind that would like to liberate and serve A-LL living beings. But even that is not enough. You need bodhimind. Buddha recommends every positive karma we create through the motivation of bodhimind. That makes it so powerful.

On Tuesday we are now connected to Cleveland, Chicago, Philadelphia, Pittsburg, Nebraska and individuals [who are on the yearly subscription[. For those who don't know: bodhimind is the ultimate, unconditional, unlimited compassion. It focuses not on one person or two persons, not on any group or segment of society or countries, but all living beings. One has the desire to liberate all of them. For that purpose we would like to obtain buddhahood, so that we are capable of serving them. Buddha always recommended to have that mind, if the teaching is a mahayana teaching. That is why the motivation is so powerful.

Buddha himself said that with this mind, even if you can't do much, but perhaps can only give a piece of food to a dog, [it is much more powerful than giving a lot of money without that motivation. [

We had visitors last night at our house - two raccoons. One raccoon jumped up onto a bird feeder and started eating that food. Then another raccoon jumped up there two and that caused them both to fall down. Then somehow they learnt to go up there one by one. So giving a piece of food alone reaches very far, because of the power of motivation.

Shantideva said,

sing gyur tsi yi nam par chog dak du

mi sang lu den la ne gye we go

ring jing rin dang me par gyur we na

jang chub sem chen cha wa rab den song

It is like the supreme gold making elixir,

for it transforms the unclean body we have taken

into the priceless jewel of a Buddha Form.

Therefore firmly seize this Awakening Mind.

Today when we talk about 'gold solution', we talk about 24 karat gilding. But traditionally, in India there was a magical gold solution. This may sound like a biblical story. But on the other hand, the Indian Congress that was fighting against the British supposed to have been financed by the saddhus and yogis, who through magical power were able to change other metals into gold. I don't know if that is all true, but I heard stories about that and it is written even in books. It is in the dharma books, also in Hindu teachings and yoga texts. All these tell you that there is a special solution and if you touch other metals with that, they will turn into pure gold. This gold solution has now supposed to have disappeared. Now we only have the gold plating solution.

When Shantideva wrote this, 'gold solution' meant that it became gold, not gold plated.

So the bodhimind is the immediate cause and the virtue from that becomes immeasurable, because of the power of this mind. That's why every practice starts with saying: do kindly generate pure motivation. That's the reason. The purpose, for whom you are doing this is immeasurable. There are countless living beings. 0:35:04

What you would like to deliver to all these countless living beings is the ultimate spiritual development, the stage of buddhahood. So both, to whom you would like to deliver, as well as what you would like to deliver, both are tremendous in number, purpose and achievement. That's why this mind becomes extremely important.

Not only that. Bodhimind is one of the most powerful minds for purification. Shantideva said,

dig pa tob che zhin du mi se par.....

Such a powerful negativity as this,

how can any other virtue overpower it,

except bodhimind

It is so powerful for purification, so powerful for accumulation of merit. It is one of the best things one can do. It makes so much difference to the individual and to the living beings. Generally compassion makes a difference. We all know. But this is compassion gone beyond compassion. It is not just having compassion but it is compassion focused to all living beings, countless numbers, not only human beings. So it becomes so powerful. And this life is capable

of changing all our works and virtues. That's why this life is more powerful than any other life. So it is powerful by motivation. We can change our thoughts. We can motivate in that way, even when we just say OM MANI PADME HUM or do a simple circumambulation, or if we simply say 'God may please us' or something. All this becomes powerful because of the mind.

The word "God" is something very interesting. It depends on how you think. I always think "God", but not the monotheistic God. But anybody else, whatever they think, that's fine, as long as you have a positive way of doing, as long as you have compassion, and not only just compassion, but the most powerful compassion called bodhimind, the ultimate, unlimited, unconditional compassion. That's why from the motivation point of view this life is powerful.

3. The base on which our life is maintained. Here is particularly refers to monks and nuns.

This may not be very relevant for us, but it is part of the traditional teaching. Monks and nuns are more effective in doing something than us ordinary people. That is because they have the vows. But on the other hand, most of us, who are not monks and nuns, also have vows. We have the refuge vows, the bodhisattva vows, and many of us have the vajrayana vows. We may not be monks or nuns, but we have those vows. They may even be more important than the self liberation vows. Besides that, in vajrayana, the sangha are the dakas and dakinis. From that angle, we may not be monks or nuns, but equally we have all these vows.

This text says that for example a person without vows may be giving a tremendous amount of food and clothes and shelter, but if a person with vows can give one word of teaching or advice they get much better benefit. That's because of the vows. In our case then it is the same thing.

4. ten - again this is the base on which we are functioning.

In this life, we either have taken the vows or are capable of taking them. So the life itself is definitely important, because we can make best use of it that way. Similarly, if you have vows it is very effective. One of sutras says: lets say a lay bodhisattva could offer a butter lamp and the liquid butter is like the ocean and the flame is like a mountain. Then a bodhisattva who has the vows is offering a tiny little bowl with a few drops of liquid butter and a tiny, little candle light. If they make offerings together the bodhisattva with vows will have more benefit than the non-vow bodhisttva.

5. dü - time

This is important. The time we are in today. If we were born in a pure land we wouldn't have to make much effort. Everything in the pure lands is much easier. It is easier to do virtuous things because it is a pure land. Here it is difficult. If one protects morality for eons in a pure land and compares that with us in this galaxy, then if we can protect one single morality like not killing a human (not even talking about not stealing, not sexual misconduct, etc), then we get more benefit here.

During the Buddha's life time and just after that Buddhism was flourishing. Compared to having taken all the vows for a very long time at that time if today, in the degenerate age, you can protect your vows, your morality, properly even just for one morning, it is more powerful.

Now the next part is referring to the four continents, eastern, western, northern and southern. We are supposed to be the Southern Continent ( lo dzambuling). The metaphysical teaching of the Buddha (Abhidharma) tells us that there is supposed to be Mt Meru in the center, surrounded by four continents and four sub-continents. So the nothern, western and eastern continents are very well to do compared to us.

It is very strange. A lot of people will say that the United States is the Northern Continent. InVasubandhu's Abhidharma it says that if on the Southern Continent it is 12 noon, on the Northern Continent it will be 12 midnight. When the sun sets in one continent, it will rise in the other one. In relation to India as the southern continent, the United States would be the northern continent. 0:50:20

That was written 2600 years ago. I am not even sure whether America was there or not. [at that time the pre-Mayan Olmec culture was flourishing in Mexico, apparently the first American civilization to use writing, pyramid building, pottery, architecture, etc) The land must have been there at least. It is a rich land anyway.

The nyur lam says here: the people of the other three continents are quite well to do, so they don't understand much about suffering. (laughs) They are also very straight forward people and don't have many hopes and doubts.

This is so far according to the texts of the lower metaphysics. According to the upper metaphysics all humans are within the Southern Continent, including the Unites States. Whether sun rise and sun set can take place at the same time in one continent is arguable. That doesn't matter. It is debatable. But the message really is: in this particular world we are known as le kye sar pa. That means 'karmic people'. Why? Everybody has karma. Why are we particularly called 'karmic people'? It is because for whatever we do in the beginning of our life, we will experience the result already in the later part of this life. It doesn't depend on the change over two, three lives. Karma is functioning in one life itself. Otherwise, normally, karma ripens two, three or more lives later. But here we are so effective that karma ripens within one life. We can experience the results of good karma we created early in life later in the later part of the same life. Within the short life time we can experience good and bad, whatever we have created.

Not only that, we are known as people who can obtain enlightenment within the life time. Buddhas and bodhisattvas praise the people of our time. We are not too rich and not too poor, we are not so numbed. We are also not always suffering. We have both, so we can make a big difference. Not only buddhas and bodhisattvas praise us because of that, but pure land bodhisattvas normally do make prayers to be reborn in our world.

We here think, "If I could be reborn in a pure land, that would be great." But the bodhisattvas in the Dewa Chen Paradise [Sukhavati[, the western paradise, pray that in the east there is a world where Buddha Shakyamuni's teaching is flourishing and there one can obtain enlightenment in one short life time." So they pray to take rebirth here. So it is not just simply that we are alive. We are really wonderfully alive. Not only the opportunity and time is right, but it is a very great life.

Even in the United States, if we were in the 1920s or 1930s, it was a different life. Eastern religions might have come into the United States in the 1940s, but they only became effective to the life of the people after the 1960s. The 60s opened up a lot of people, making them very open-minded. We liked to experiment, to feel everything, to make a difference, and we began to see what was wrong. And today that is even more so. The economic turmoil we are experiencing right now is terrible. But on the other hand those of us who are spiritually interested people all know that the whole system is just faulty. Everything is really faulty. It is all somehow man-made. I don't mean that god-made is better than man-made. But I mean it is a delusion-oriented system. It is necessarily faulty. The demand and supply line is actually faulty, because people's greed is so much. We have seen it many times. There is no principle. Greed just takes over, and people don't care as long as they can make money and push off the bad debts to somebody else. A whole other system was created for that.

I have been naive, honestly. A few years ago the interest rates came down so low, below 2 per cent and even down to half a per cent. I began to think, "How can the banks make any money?" Stupid person - meaning me! I didn't know there was AIG who passes on all these things and all these hedge funds. So that is faulty. The demand and supply system is the best they could think of making. And that lasted so long, way over hundred years. It has to collapse. It has to, because it is faulty. It is not true. Everything is like that and that's why Buddha called it 'samsara'. This is changing suffering. People thought, "I worked hard, I made and saved money and built wealth." You might have had a 401k and today you realize it is half way down. 1:01:30

But human quality is such that they can think, "The bubble has bursted. I made lots of money and now it has gone down to this much. But it's okay, we can make it." That is a great human quality. But on the other hand there is greed, so much greed. People just want to make more money for themselves. And that has to get busted. Now we can see how samsara really functions. We talk about dualistic delusions, but it is lip service, like a parrot talking. But when you see this now, this is the reality. That's why contaminated life cannot really give the answer to our demands for joy and happiness. It cannot. Even when the stock market was up and everything was functioning and Bernie Madoff was flying in the air, even then this could not answer our demand for happiness, because it is faulty and contaminated. We didn't realize, but that's what we are. Now we have a real opportunity to see what it is. It is all dependent origination. Everything is changing. Can you imagine, a decade ago, we would have thought that General Motors could go bankrupt? Impossible. It seemed like a huge solid rock. If you had a job in General Motors, not only you and your children, but even your children and grandchildren would have jobs. I was talking with somebody a few years ago and said, "I heard that General Motors can go bankrupt." That person laughed at me. Now it is becoming reality. That shows how our life is. We can be caught in that and it is like being in a cyclone. We function in there and don't realize and don't see beyond. Meanwhile, the time we have in this important life is limited. We are losing all the precious time. So it is so important to realize how valuable this life really is and how much difference it can make.

Suppose we don't have this human life and are today a very intelligent puppy dog. That may be intelligent and wonderful but can never generate bodhimind. So the power from the point of view of the motivation is not going to happen. In short: our life can give us all the vows we need. It is capable of giving buddhahood within the short life time. Therefore it is difficult to find and very important. We must make best use of this life.

I was talking with somebody this morning, "When I am thinking about this, it gives me a sense of pressure. It looks like I am wasting my time. I have to do something worthwhile all the time." That is the truth. That is the beginning of the realization of this. When you realize the importance of the life it cuts the wasting of time and forces you act; it almost looks like you have to do something all the time. But it is the desire to do so and you begin to see it and that is a strong spiritual ground. 1:09. With this you think: I have obtained this life which is quite difficult to obtain. At this moment I am not going to waste this opportunity. May I be able to do it.

One more thing: when we are referring to this life as special we are referring to a very specific group of people. These are people like us who have the opportunity. There are many people who may be more intelligent, better educated, more well to do. But some are simply not interested, thinking, "That's not for me." In reality that individual is lacking the opportunity. That is the truth. I am not looking down on other people. They are lacking the opportunity. They may even say, "If I lack that opportunity, let me lack it." No matter how many times we try to drag that person in, try to influence that person and do whatever, they won't come. It simply means that this person doesn't have the opportunity as we do. That's why this opportunity is very rare. We are among those people. So we should be very happy. We should pray to the lama:

kyab ne kundu lama lhak pai lha

thub wang dor je chang la sol wa deb

The collection of all objects of refuge

I prostrate to you, Lama Thubwang Dorje Chang

May we not waste our time, but develop this special realization. Light and liquid are coming from the body of Lama Lhak pai Lha. Our body becomes pure and light natured. We will have longevity, luck and fortune, and particularly we receive the blessings of Lama Lhak pai Lha to develop this realization within ourselves. That completes the importance of the life.

Difficult to Find

Here we have to think the same way. According to the nyur lam Buddha was asked, "What do you think? Can people who have fallen into the lower realms take rebirth in the better realms?"

Buddha said, "Sure you can." "Can everybody?" "Sure, they can." But what is really happening is very different. Buddha picked up a handful of sand and let it pour down on the ground. So most of the sand ended up on the ground and a few grains remained on his finger nails. So Buddha said, "People going from higher realms to lower realms is like the sand pouring on the ground. People from the lower realms taking rebirth in the higher realms is like the amont of grains stuck on my nails." This shows it is very rare.

The reason is simple. They don't say it here, but once you are born in the lower realms there is too much suffering and therefore the beings there can't think about virtues and don't have the opportunity to think. In order to receive such a great life you have to have as a base or foundation of it perfect morality. On top of that you have to have a lot of generosity and the other perfections. You also need the conjunction of perfect, pure prayer. So it becomes difficult. It is not that it is not happening at all. It is happening. But it is not to easy. Even within human beings, many human lives do not have the opportunity. Our opportunity is very rare. Even within hundreds of people there are only very few who have the opportunity. In Tibet there are only very few people. Honestly. So if they say here "many hundreds", that means quite a lot.

I remember a story. I keep on thinking it was about one of the Panchen Lamas. But very recently I read somewhere that it was one of the Mongolian lamas. In any case, this lama was giving this very lam rim teaching, saying that this life is very difficult to find. One Chinese benefactor happened to be attending this teaching and told that lama, "Since you have not been to China, you haven't seen how many people there are and that's why you think it is so rare to become human." That lama replied, "I am not talking about the usual human life, but a special human life."

We are also in that category. Then there are some reasons from the example point of view.

In one of the sutras Buddha says: If you throw a handful of sesame seeds at a needle point, it is almost impossible for any of them to stick on top of the needle.

Or, if you throw a handful of peas against a mirror, how many peas will stick on it? It is almost impossible that any of them could stick to the mirror. Maybe one or two can stick.

Another example:

Let's say the ground is filled with water, like a huge ocean. On the surface a yoke is floating, blown about by the wind in every direction. Within the ocean there is a blind tortoise, popping up with her head to the surface once every hundred years. (this text says: once every hundred years. Others say every 500 years). It is almost impossible that the turtle's head can get caught inside the yoke. Just like that, it is so hard to find such a precious human life.

These are examples given by Buddha himself. 1:21:14

Then over 2600 years since then the numbers slightly change. There is some difference, whether the turtle pops up every hundred years or every five hundred years. Then number-wise it also shows how difficult it is to obtain such a life.

There are much fewer human beings than animals. Buddha divides the animal realm into two categories: those in the sea and those on the land. So fish are counted as animals. Buddha says that there are many more animals in the deep oceans than on the land. Likewise there are many more hungry ghosts than animals and there are many more hell beings than there are hungry ghosts. That's why a precious human life is very difficult to find. So when we have this life, we better make best use of it.

How can we make best use of it? Always try to remain close to the Lama Buddha and the teachings of the mahayana path. Try to become a buddha within this life time. I may be blessed to be able to do this by the Lama Lhak pai Lha. Light and liquid come from the body of Lama Lhak pai Lha and enter through I and all mother sentient beings' mind stream. Especially, it clears the obstacles to this development. Our bodies become light natured, life, luck and fortune all develop, especially the realization of embracing the human life, it's importance and the difficulty to find it. These realizations may develop with me and all living beings.

That is the major sitting meditation. At the end, a duplicate lama comes to your crown, you become a buddha. At your heart level is the om muni muni maha muniye soha mantra. From your body radiates light, reaches everywhere and just by the touch of the light all environments become pure and the inhabitants become fully enlightened. You may say the mantra a number of times and visualize. Finally say: by this virtue may I be able to obtain the fully enlightened buddha state and thereafter lead all living beings to that state.

Thus I have completed the aspect of "Embracing the Human Life". I will be here next Tuesday and we will begin the section: how does one practice. According to this text, under this section comes: common with the lower, common with the medium and mahayana. Earlier, I placed the beginning of the three scopes a little bit earlier and that is a mistake. So make sure that these references to the earlier beginnings of the three scopes are removed.

I am sorry I couldn't get into questions and answers tonight. The time was a little too short. But hopefully I will be able to do that next Tuesday, April 7th.

I do hope this worked well for all those watching the video webcast. If it did or didn't, give us some feedback. Next Tuesday will be my last day for a month, because by April 8th I will be going to Europe. During these Tuesdays we will have meditative reviews done by different people. I also will be doing the Sunday talk on April 5th. If you are free, come over and we will chit chat. We also have a brunch right after that. 1:29: 15 (announcements)

Membership is very important. I would like to emphasize that. Most of Jewel Heart is functioning on the basis of membership. We don't have any grants or anything. Our total function is based on membership. Organizations like Jewel Heart that I have been in touch with emphasize membership much more than we have done. When we began to look how many members we have in Jewel Heart we found that we have some 300 members. That is I thought very pathetic. Honestly. Organizations like this should really have over 10,000 members. But we don't emphasize and don't ask anyone to become member. To be a member you don't even have to come here and attend teachings. There are people who like to give sympathetic support to the spiritual path of Tibetan Buddhism and the dying Tibetan culture. That is what we are trying to preserve and also serve all the people who are interested in the spiritual path. That is all worthy to support. You don't have to be Buddhist card carrier or a vajrayana card carrier. That's not right. At any level, whoever, is welcome. Everybody can approach 10 friends. Invite them to participate and tell them that this is a very good way to support Tibet and it's dying culture and tradition. It is also a very good way to support an alternative spiritual practice. One doesn't have to be a Buddhist practitioner and vajrayana person. If you try to narrow it down, then it becomes a small club and becomes restricted. It should be open.

So if you have any friends, ask them to become members. That is a good way of supporting. Alfa Clemente, the wife of the artist Franceso Clemente, was asked a couple of years ago by the press, "What is your favorite charity?" and she said, "Jewel Heart." So everybody can think about being member and make Jewel Heart their favorite charity. You can try to help, no matter whatever it is. It doesn't have to be 20 - 30 - 40, 000 or 100,000 or a million. That's fine, but even 1 or 2 makes difference. It makes a difference to you as an individual. You become karmically connected. That way it becomes very helpful to that person, building a connection. You also become connected with the buddhas and bodhisattvas and the enlightened society. For that person it is helpful. For you, getting that person involved, it becomes good karma too. It creates virtue for you. Try to keep that in mind. This is not a secret club, it is not something you don't want to talk about and hide from others. Maybe you think it is too precious, so that you don't want to share it with anybody else. That may be a different story. So please do that. We depend on that. We don't have any big sponsors. That's how we function. This year we have much commitments and liabilities because of that new building and the utilities and the mortgage. If some of you have any extra money somewhere, better put it into Jewel Heart for your future investment, rather than into the stock market (laughs).

Thank you...sazhi pökyi....dagi ji ni sak pai ge wa di...kang ri ra wai...chir tubten yun ring ne pa dang....cho kyi gyel po tsong khapa.....da dang shen gi du sum dang....
