Welcome here today. Do kindly generate bodhimind, pure bodhimind as normally described in the teaching tradition. If you cannot, at least correct your thought, the reason why you are here is, you are here to hear something. Whatever you hear, you like to practice so that you become perfect person and then you can help other people to also lead to that perfect path. Sort of that is your purpose of being here, why you are spending your time with the difficult sitting down or sitting hours and why you are meditating, why you are chit chatting, all of those what the reason why you are doing is for that purpose, for that and only that purpose. So if you think that way, every time whatever you do will become very helpful. This is sort of the karmic secret, honestly, to be able to understand better in American language, it is karmic secret. So your motivation changes action you are here, so that’s what it meant. So sometimes you may be wondering why, why? Because that thought, that idea, that thought which is thought of what we technically called it bodhimind, another word, ultimate, unlimited, unconditioned love and compassion. That is the power of love, that is the power of compassion and that’s why we need it to have that as beginning with motivation. This motivation will be reminded to you every day. Although we may not do that Tibetan thing tomorrow because it takes time. You probably wondering what’s going on. He says or Rinpoche says something blah blah blah blah whoop that’s it, wondering what it is. Actually you need to know a little bit, so I’ll tell you briefly. (Rinpoche read a verse in Tibetan)meaning: all the gods, all the demigods and all the leaders of the spirit, and Indra, Brahma etc., and whoever have good thinking, good thoughts, good beings. So Buddha’s message is so peaceful. It is peace and cause to bring joy and that’s what I’m talking here. So you are invited to be part of here. So they are invited. They will not sit with us, they stay above in the air, so they are invited and also permitted to be in the space either above the room or below the room or wherever, may be room doesn’t bother them, so that is how it is. And then the second verse (in Tibetan): That is when the Buddha in his life time whenever he talked, he may be talking one language, it’s been heard by different people in their native tongue. Buddha is speaking in one tongue and people everybody hear, everybody thinks he spoke to me in my native tongue, he is teaching in my native tongue. Everybody doesn’t have same native tongue but they will hear that way. That is extraordinary quality of Buddha. To mimic that we are able to do it but to act as though you are doing it. So that’s why the words say (in Tibetan): so in the language of gods, in the language of nagas, in the language of all the different spirits, in the language of all these different human beings and in their language I will teach, that is how that word goes. Because many of you will be good teachers, is already are but many of you will be more better in future so that’s what the word says. But repeating word alone does not make much purposes, however this has blessings of the Buddha onwards all the lineages. This has your own motivation, so all of those and with the modern technology you have interpreters and through their technical color? and people can hear in their different tongues like the UN and all the conferences. But traditionally this is one the powers of Buddha and so those who don’t have power at least will pretend to have it and say it but hoping people will get it. That’s why even probably twenty, thirty years ago there were very little material in English about Buddhism in general and particularly that of Tibetan Buddhism, very little. Today there is tremendous, lots, may be not that tremendous but lots and so these are the earlier where Buddha had manifested by his own and also those of us who cannot and Buddha had prayed to be able to and those of us who by our own karma to be able to meet Buddha’s teaching nicely, clearly and understand that in the language that I speak, communicated to me that language I understand. Not necessarily really good academic English or any other language, not necessarily George Bush’s language and I fall under that category so but it communicates to the individual, person to person. And sometimes when we talk about it, sometimes talking about this subject, a lot of individuals feel that he is speaking to me, he is telling me and that is nothing but Buddha’s blessings and Buddha’s prayer that language you understand, but that’s not necessarily language but communication is reaching to that individual, looks like he is really talking about me and tell me, it’s not me it’s the Buddha who is talking about it, it’s Buddha’s prayer, it is Buddha’s activity. So that is the reason why those few words in Tibetan because I don’t have English translation. May be we can translate something and try to put that in English so that in future you people can copycat it, copycat that just like a parrot. Begin like parrot, copycat it and then suddenly you begin to, you know, you hear this all the time during the teachings so you don’t have to put efforts into reading but you just learn like kids learning from sound and then you begin to think what you are saying and then you begin to get it, so that is how it goes. All mantras are like that to us just now. The other day in Holland, Maria Vanderhoest asked me what is the meaning AKASAMAJA ,we say that all the time, I said I don’t know, I don’t remember that, I don’t know, honestly. I said I don’t know. She mumbled jumbled a little bit, she said you don’t know? I said no. So that’s how we learn and then one day you begin to think what is this they are saying about it, what are they talking about it? Then you begin to think what it means and all these and that’s how you get it somehow and anyway, so to be continued, with that mind please do listen to this teaching and to continue what we have been talking, bodhimind, and especially benefits. These wonderful benefits and that we’ve been.. last night I think we’ve been…what did we do? There are a lot of new people here today who were not here last night. (Rinpoche asked people to shut off their cell phones). I think I’d already talked to you last night, the first verse. I think I’d like to talk about the second today. (Rinpoche read in Tibetan). This is second and third verse. If I read in English I don’t understand, that’s why I have to read in Tibetan to understand English. Oh I’m sorry, fifth and sixth, that’s right. In Tibetan, they don’t have number, in English they have number. Just as a flash of light on a dark cloud night, for an instant brightly illuminate all. Likewise in this world it is true right? Through the might of the Buddha a wholesome thought really and briefly appears. That is what it is. I don’t need to explain. Just two days ago we had this storm so dark we don’t see anything outside though Ed and Peter sat on the porch the whole time but they really don’t really see it. But sometimes lightning comes and I see the shiny head of Ed’s, Ed’s shiny head comes out, you don’t mind me teasing you? Really, completely in dark and then you had these lightning come right? Because of this lightning, for a minute you see everything. That is very brief, very brief you know. May be coming again and again but every time it is very brief. So this precious human life, this preciousness what we have is brief like that. That’s what you get essence message, we get that. So a) it’s very difficult to get it, b) even you get once, it will be like very brief. Our life which has so much opportunity and so much capability, so much yet it is very brief. You have to remember that. It is brief but still so many things happen in this life, so many ups, so many downs and it is like some kind of, I don’t know, what you call it melodrama of our life, it is true melodrama. So many things happen but it will go away for sure. So if it is dark it is dark, if it is light it is light but this brief lightning is very brief, so our life is almost like that. That is what Buddha’s been saying it for 2600 years. Continuously all there, followers and disciples are passing that message to us in the form of poetry, in the form of art, in the form of anything, that’s what the message is. And telling us hey today is wonderful with you but don’t think it is going to be forever, it is never going to be and if you think you have a lot of time but if you look overall picture of your life, it is like a little lightning period, little lightning in the dark, stormy weather in the dark at night. Little lightning that gives you luminous, that is life is like that, so remember. So that is the message of this, fifth. Although Shantideva very politely gives this as deeds of Buddha’s, it is deed of Buddha’s but also it is your own deeds, your life, what you have. Such a wonderful thing, you earned it, it is your deed. You earned it and it is yours. It did not come out of nowhere. It came out from the various effort that you put in your lives so that’s why you have it, precious, wonderful. Actually we don’t have to tell us, you have to just remind ourselves it is precious. We have nothing else more precious than that honestly, the life. You knew it. If it threatened your life you will do anything and everything to save that without hesitation. You will even inject snake venom in your system, poisonous snake venom in your system. We do, I did it. Some kind of diabetic thing came so happened is when you inject that you don’t want to eat. My doctor gave me that. It doesn’t last me two days, started having headaches and like to throw up and all kinds of things. So then Ben Shapiro told me yeah I know about that, and he said that it is poisonous snake venom and that he said when he was in Merck and that the invention came and he rejected it and some other company picked it up. So we do that even knowingly or not knowingly inject that snake venom, poisonous snake venom to save life and that is that precious. You do everything, nothing left will do. So that’s why the life is precious, that’s why we do, right? That is the reason why, that’s why we know this is so precious, important. And then and what Buddha’s telling us, we don’t know yet. We do know but we are really don’t have realization and that is short lived lightning, it is like lightning, we don’t realize that because we see sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety, even a hundred year old, people are still living, tumbling on the cane and you know and shaking your legs and all limbs and all this, still continuing and cover our face with total wrinkles and nothing but the wrinkles and so we see that and that’s why we don’t realize. And it looks like everybody is same as last year, maybe even look younger, many of you do, honestly, even look younger, thinner and more fit and more active and so that’s why we don’t’ realize it is short lived. And then however and then all of a sudden it happens and then it’s too late. When all of a sudden it happens and it’s too late, and that’s why if don’t achieve your purpose of life now, and then future it will be difficult to get it. Future will be difficult to get it. (Rinpoche read in Tibetan). Sixth: Hence, virtue is perpetually feeble, the great strength of immorality been extremely intense and except for a fully awakened mind, by what other virtue will it be overcome? So we’ve been talking last night, remember? Negativities, how powerful they are and we have so many and strong and powerful. Simple reason for us, whatever we want it we are not getting it; whatever we don’t want it, we are getting it so many in our life. In short, in bottom line, bare bones, that’s what’s happening with us. So all kinds of difficulties manifesting in our life, all kinds, I counted last night, remember, a few of them. The consequences of negativities, negative karma and negative karma itself like anger, hatred is negative karma as also consequences of earlier negative karma. So the philosophers may argue in that case is that, cause and result, are all the same? No, individually you are going detail it is separate, however the symptoms that we experience, the hatred obsession, jealousy, all unhappiness, sickness, physical, mental, emotional, all of them we talked last night, it is the consequences of negativities. Anger, hatred, obsession, etc., maybe the cause of negativities itself and the cause of bad karma and the result of bad karma all together, but physical , emotional symptoms are the result of negativity. So it is so powerful, so what I did not get time to talk to you last night is the need to purify. If you cannot purify that then we have a lot of difficulties. Purification is extremely important. The question remains, rises out of this: okay I purified, did I bring that person back who I killed? No you can’t, it is all another karmic circumstances of cause and result of that individual who you already killed, I have killed. When it is circulating in that, what I did is contributed to complete his karmic by killing him so thereby his karmic circle completes. However, I created negative karma for me. It is two different, complete circles are functioning, of his or hers karmic circle and yours or mine karmic circle is happening. So they are interconnected, interrelated, inter-supported but however it’s not that, you know. So I created my negativity and that becomes that consequence will get to me, he has nothing to do. When I killed him and his karmic is gone, completed. That’s not the end of it, if it’s the end of it, you can kill everybody but that won’t help because that creates another circle comes out you know. So that’s not end of it. That is the reason why you cannot, it’s not worth to commit suicide, that is the reason why euthanasia is not necessarily that great because not going to solve any problem for you, for me, for anybody else. For self, for others, for anybody else it’s not going to solve anything. So rather, the person who is engaging in that is stupid and a little naïve. Sometimes it is completely overpowered by other mental difficulties, emotional, mental difficulties, completely overpowered, that’s happened. It’s almost like you couldn’t find anywhere to relieve your limitation of relieving your pain is completely exhausted. I have seen it before, people who do that and on top of that, certain interventions, whether it is psychologically or medical interventions, maybe helpful, maybe not helpful, maybe harmful too. I’m just sort of thinking of Sprawling Gray. If you look at it, a brilliant human being, great poet, great writer and all that and then find extreme pressure in life. That brilliant person is almost becomes like a little piece of daikon radish or something. It is sort of so sad and you can’t do nothing, and there are so many interventions or something, so much so and I saw him, I know him before. The first time I met him for Tricycle fundraising and Brenda and Rochelle were there and they were cheering me up and we had a nice, interesting conversation for Tricycle fundraising in New York. Then I saw him a number of times thereafter. The last time he came to see me in Jewel Heart in New York and that time he was almost like a piece of cooked daikon radish and it is after his lobotomy or something because whatever it is I was told that his intelligence level, what you called it, IQ or what they called it, is too high so he can’t handle so they better cut it out some piece or something, that’s what happened, so it’s like that, almost like that, it’s so sad. And finally you know he jumped in the water in the winter so you can’t find it him for a couple of months. By that time everybody knows he is gone. So things like that and people are put to extreme corner and can’t help it, can’t help it. He was a nice person so doesn’t carry a knife around and push everybody else, doesn’t carry a gun around and shoot everybody else and he doesn’t carry a bomb and blow up everybody else but he cannot take it any more so he targeted himself. So becomes helpless and that’s how it happened and it’s sad indeed, no doubt, we can simply pray that whatever negativities he had may be completely exhausted by paying such a huge price of life that is precious, not only a precious life, a brilliant life. How many people wait to get ticket of his reading in New York City everyday, so, but the person himself is in that condition. I don’t think he doesn’t give money to buy joy, he does, more than that and they all become not so useful. At the end, becomes… it doesn’t help. What happened with this? Look at that poor little kid called Michael Jackson or whatever, what happened to him? Can’t sleep, can’t sleep, can’t sleep. Want injection, injection, whatever it is. Of course people are now searching whose fault it is. Who else except himself? Doctor probably pushed to give a little more, a little more so whatever it is, so whatever it is the reason. But that is how really happens. So here you know when this sufferings of mental, physical, emotional, come over us, we can’t help, we really become helpless. No wealth, no friend, no power, no military, no explosion, nothing can help. And we do have a lot of sufferings, all of us, including you and me. Mr. Labo, you and me, but that’s not end of the world. Not the end of the world. On the contrary, it can be used as a beginning of another world, you know what I mean? It’s not the end of the world but yet there is tremendous pain and suffering and all of us carry something different here and there but if you lift yourself up slightly above that, look down, they are all melodrama. They are all magician show, not really, there is something else, it is some performance, it’s like reflection in the mirror and when you really go in there, there is nothing, like a dream. If you can lift yourself slightly up but don’t do it all the time, you’ll become a happy go lucky person if you are not ready okay? But sometimes you do lift yourself up. But also remember these are the consequences of negative karma and we don’t like it, if you don’t like it you have to somehow get rid of it. Sometimes we may think you have to suffer because we created it. Yes, we are suffering, we are suffering, we suffered, we are suffering and we will continue to suffer if you don’t change it. So here comes change. The true change, not Obama change. It’s true change.Making jokes together, don’t mind. I’ve been saying during Obama campaign, saying you and I will go and change history, turn the page but never said what change going to be, so now when he actually comes, it’s the same thing, same wars are still continuing and most probably it will continue for his first term at least. Most probably in both Iraq and Afghanistan, most probably. But you know, sort of the change, the true change, what you have to do. True change is within yourself, you have to. The true change is purify the negativities and let it settle through purification rather than through paying consequences. You understand that is what purification is all about. Settle that through purification rather than settle it through paying consequences. It’s like you have a huge debt and you can’t pay and you try your best, you can’t pay so you put everything you earn and even then you can’t pay, then you negotiate. You negotiate. If you are intelligent person you negotiate. You negotiate and you settle and if you are not intelligent person, you run away, do all kinds of things, right? Hoping they won’t catch you. Maybe you change your name, maybe you change… I don’t know, try to grow your hair or make yourself bald or whatever it is, grow a beard or whatever. So but if you negotiate and then you pay a certain amount, a certain thing and then you settle it. Like purification does that. Sort of like negotiating and settling. Sometimes you may completely get away without paying anything, sometimes you may only pay about 5%, 10%, 20% or something, it depends on how powerful your purification is. That is what this is talking about. So what this particular verse says that. Sort of negotiate and settle our negative karma. How do we do this? Through purification. And like what? And many of you will sat Vajrasattva recitation. Somehow it is very strange information filled in the western Buddhist atmosphere. It is nothing wrong, it is true. Vajrasattva is specialized, especially manufactured for purification, it is true. However, read these particular verse…(Rinpoche read in Tibetan) the sixth verse itself, we are still at the sixth: By what other virtue will it be overcome. It says fully awakened mind. This is the translator’s technicality, technical language, instead of saying ultimate unconditioned, unlimited love and compassion, they called it awakened mind, particularly this. Somebody else will say something else, I’m sure. Enlightened, inspired mind or something like that, what does this guy say? Fully awakened mind. This guy will probably say something else. Spirit of perfect awakening and all these. These are technical terms. They are put there purposely to confuse us. We tell Stephen Batchelor and Alan Wallace both, technically they purposely confuse us. So, actually it is benefit of love and compassion, please remember that and that is why how important, how difficult the consequences of negativities, how best way we can settle that through purification, like negotiation, will be through this mind, through love and compassion. You all have the key in your own hand, we only need to know how to use it. We just need the combination, otherwise you have it. You have love, you have compassion, may be limited to some people, may be unlimited within some people, some person, otherwise you have it and you need to know how to use it and that is one of your tasks of the spiritual path. Using, learning that and you have a lot of obstacles there too. Every time you try to use this, because it’s a good one, important one, every time you try to apply that there is something called ego and self will say, “but ME, what about ME, who is going to look after ME”. That pops up all the time. So that’s what we called enemy within ourselves like behaving like poor cute little child, infant who can’t help; behaving like a powerful dictator within ourselves controlling us, behaving enemy inside, start shooting inside; behaving like someone who has captured you and threatening to kill you. All kinds of faces are shown by this selfishness, self-cherishing and ego, and ego grasping. All of those are face us to get us away from the helpful means for us, and that is exactly what they are doing. So you as an intelligent, educated, brilliant person to know within you what’s happening and handle your own affairs by you, for you and without depending on anybody else’s control. This is freedom, this is self determination and that’s what we need. Yesterday I told you, you need three things: determination, compassion, love. So you build your determination here. If you don’t have determination and you will become like flip flop. Why you become flip flop? Because you don’t have determination. So that is the verse six. So those powerful negativities within us, the powerful enemy within us, the powerful devil within us, or the Duvel within us. What is it? Powerful Duvel within us. We not only have Duvel within us, we keep on drinking more Duvel and building it more. Of course you people know what I’m talking about, right? No? There’s a Belgium beer called Duvel that means devil, right? So not only we have devil within us, we keep on drinking more devil, so that makes the devil more powerful. So to cut that, compassion and love. Compassion for yourself, love for yourself. You cut that for sure because if you love and you have compassion for yourself, you don’t want to be unhealthy. So the rest you know, so let it be there. Just like that, all other. These are really true but then it is difficult to do it. Every time when you want a sip you say ah it’s not good for you, you cut it; ah, doesn’t matter, one glass first and afterwards, well one bottle today is okay, it’s small bottle so it’s small devil but in small bottle is big, powerful one. Peter will tell me how much alcohol they have. 8.5, this much bottle. That’s how much there is, so that it. So actually love/compassion will cut even that, if this is the problem with us. There is knowledge that is here us, and then putting them together. Knowledge doesn’t change us knowledge remains information. When the knowledge remains as information it is sometimes people accuse saying that it is dry academic stuff. It is not dry academic stuff, but it is separation from the individual person and the person’s knowledge. So the knowledge could not apply to the personality of the person, there’s a gap. So that is why the early Tibetan teacher tells us in between dharma and ourselves, if a horse can run in between that it is not going to affect us. That’s what they say, so that’s what it meant. Knowledge is there, dharma is there, information is there, I am here, there’s a horse running in between. There is horse what you call it? Running track or something. So if the person is here, the information is there and there’s a running track in between and then there is horse racing going in between so that doesn’t affect. That’s what earlier teacher say, if between man and dharma if the horse is running, that’s what we have to get in, you know, which is good example for Tibetans but it is not good example for the western people. What does that mean? You know, Jonathan asked His Holiness in New York this last time. He said if butter is blue and butter is yellow, example doesn’t make much sense for the westerners, why don’t you write Lamrim which has all the western examples. So His Holiness said I have to think about it in that New York teaching. I thought it was good and then he asked me would you like to, I said yes I will, I try to make all these examples into some western but I need help. He said whoever want you want help you can have it. So I said Mark McGill and then Tony. So you get all these normal western examples if you put it makes sense to the people. Otherwise, he’s right, butter is blue, butter is yellow, so what? Probably he remembered generosity should not be from the blue part of the butter and yellow part of the vegetable, so he said butter is blue butter is yellow doesn’t matter, so what? So anyway, so that is really what it is and we have to think about it. Does not have this horse racing in between us and our knowledge. Normal expression we say is right, it is dry academic stuff but in the west it is very good, at least the professors think and people teaching think. I have seen some Indian professors who have done fifteen years same course and will have the same old file. The courses done this year files are put somewhere, next year about the same time he picks up the same file, dust out the file and then go to the class. But in the west at least they think, right? Every time. And that is also true to our Buddhist teachings too. If the individual person teacher thinks and talk from your heart, based on book, but talk from your heart; if you repeat teachings on the basis of transcripts alone then you don’t have to put any effort and just repeating the transcripts, may not be that helpful on one hand. On the other hand, information, whatever you are giving to the younger, I don’t mean younger in the sense of age, younger in the sense of Buddhist practice. And if you are giving the younger people untested information, which is also not right. You are misleading them. So that’s why we have those what you call it, facilitators, instructors and facilitators, very heavy responsibility. You cannot give, you know, untested, unexperienced information and that is the reason why we heavily rely on certain transcript or whatever it is or certain authentic book. Everything printed does not necessarily mean it is correct, it is tested. Even novels are printed but not tested. Girl with tattoo or girl who plays with fire are not tested, it is written but it is not true. It is for entertainment, tricking your mind for a while that’s what it is. So you can’t treat dharma in that way because then you are misleading people. Novel is novel, openly entertaining you for the period that you want to spend being entertained, whether it is twenty minutes or an hour or two or whatever it is and that is okay. But here it becomes under the disguise of spiritual path, and then not only you misleading yourself and you misleading others. But if you don’t think and don’t practice and then if you lead, talking to other people and also not right. So you have really very heavy responsibility here because it is not so simple, you have to make sure. And then also you really can’t trust your mind that much, sometimes you know the people when you talk, when you do something three people will have three different memories and then who is right, who is wrong? So when you have a hundred people will carry a hundred different memories, so who is right who is wrong is another question but whatever you do could be great but also you have to be careful, very very careful, you have to be more careful than that of breaking a bottle of Louis 13th honestly, all these funny examples. So that is how the bodhimind is, bodhimind works that way. (Rinpoche read in Tibetan) That’s eighth one. So then Buddha’s heartfelt message: those who wish to destroy many sorrows of their conditioned existence, those who would all beings to experience a multitude of joys and those who wishes to experience much happiness should never forsake the awakened mind. Remember awakened mind is again the technical trick the translators using, in another word it is love and compassion. So what Buddha’s heartfelt message is this: those of us who would like to help ourselves and who would like to help others, the best way we can do is to meditate love, compassion. By meditating love and compassion for self and it destroys the suffering within us. By meditating love and compassion on other beings, meaning wish to destroy their unhappiness and want to bring countless joy of temporary and permanent joys, this is the best way. So never give up, never give up love and compassion and ultimate, unlimited, unconditioned love and compassion, never give up, it is key. It is not only key, it is thing that delivers our joy, our happiness to us, it is the key and it is thing that delivers people’s joy, people’s happiness to the people and you can be the instrumental and where and only when you do is through this love and compassion, so never give up, never give up. This is the heartfelt message from Buddha to all of us. If you maintain that then the next verse: the moment an awakening mind arises in those fitted and weak in the jail of the cyclic existence, they will be named the Child of Sugata’s and will be revered by both human and the gods of the worlds. So really what it’s telling is the moment you develop bodhimind with you, you become the children of the Buddha’s no matter how weak, how poor, how helpless and you may think you are hopeless even then the moment these sort of lightning strike to you of the bodhimind and you become child of Buddha. Child of Buddha’s is traditionally Indian example because traditionally in India the prince and princess are the king’s whatever it is , king’s and queen’s heir and also they could become Prince of Wales or Princess of Wales, become queen of England or king of England, just like that. They can become queen or king. So you are eligible and you are in that, because the hurdle of becoming king or queen is removed for you. Thereby even the seasoned, senior diplomat like that of prime minister of England or ministesr whoever that may be they will by virtue of being prince or princess they will respect you and they will have more honor and privilege and position than that of senior, seasoned diplomat like that of prime minister. Even the prime minister of England when he was summoned by the queen of England in the chamber of the House, because they are the members of the House of Commons, they are the commoners so they have to stand outside of the circle where the lords sitting on the chairs, even the prime minister, this is our democracy, right? So anyway, those of you know, I’m sort of a little sarcastically talking, but those of you know what I’m talking about it, that’s how England does. So when you talk about king and queen, we don’t have American king. I’m glad we don’t have one. So anyway so but then we look at England, the closest is England so even the seasoned diplomat prime minister when summoned by the queen in the Chamber then all the lord, members of the House of lords would sit on the chairs with all, you know, whatever, yellow, red, orange gowns and then the members of the House of Commons will walk from the House to the Chamber and stand outside the rope they put out. If you look in the movies or look in what is happening in the lives in the Westminister, right? So in the Westminister building, so you have all of them going on, so that’s because this is written by thousand years before, so you know that, that’s what they are talking about. So benefit you get. So well I think I have to stop here and I really like to have some, if you have question and answer, I don’t how we are going to do that, we don’t have the eveining sessions, so the question and answer... May be we begin with the afternoon session with question and answer so may be it is… Elizabeth and Brenda can pick up the questions, Elizabeth Hurwitz. That’s it, you have your lunch. In the discussion group questions will come out. In the discussion group, don’t feel bad if I said that it may show me that I know nothing about it. But think everybody knows nothing, honestly, everybody, nothing. Me, born in Tibetan Buddhism and seventy years spent in that, I know nothing, honestly. Every time you pick up, read something, oh yeah that’s what it is. Or you just recite things that you used to say so meaninglessly for years and suddenly you say oh that’s what it meant. So we know nothing. Nobody knows anything, honestly, so think that and any doubt, any question you have, there is question appropriate or not appropriate, right or wrong, because this is discussion. So all the discussions whatever discussed in group and it doesn’t go out of the boundaries here and within that and then they pick up the questions out of that and we can discuss something if it’s helpful, okay? Thank you.
