Of course, it is very important for us. The, as I say ‘recognition’. You must have regret. Not having guilt, and having regret doesn’t contradict. For me, regret is a must. Otherwise we will repeat. If I don’t regret what I did, there is nothing to prevent me not to repeat. And we even enjoy doing it. And very often we do that. That is how addictions work. So, the regret we must have it. As a matter of fact, how strong purification going to be, totally depends on how strong regret is. Tradition example for this. Three people went out for dinner, and they get some poison. And one suddenly dies, and one is about to die and I am the only one nothing had happened, so far. And how do you feel then. You probably feel you are going to collapse right this moment and go everywhere any doctor that you can. Go any hospital, wash everything inside. Whatever you do, pushed through your mouth, throw it out. Stick something from up and flushed it out (Laughters) and do all that. We will do it, right? What you call it? Coloning or something? (Audience: *unclear) Is that right? And you never going to go back that restaurant. Even if you are invited by the Queen of Holland. You know, that is the recommended regret. And it all depends on us how much we can do. And we do have a number of people we suffer with something we did, and we can’t forget. And we sit on and on and on and we develop depressions. And even then you still keep hanging on and you become a little cuckoo, I mean lose a little more screws on your head. Some cases they go off the boundary line and worse one landed in institutions. So, we do have a regret. But we don’t recognize regret as regret and there’s something to do rather than letting it go to such an extreme thing. And here in Buddhism Buddha offers, ‘hey, you don’t have to do this. Here is something else to do’. That purication has been giving us for 2600 years. It is there, it is there for 2600 years, we just don’t pick up. And we don’t blame you people because it is quite new in the West. But it is there, it is there under you’re your nose right and left. And whether you are going to pick it up and make best to use it or just ignore and go to the institution, it is your choice. If you pick it up and make use of it, then you apply four powers. That is …thank you Bob. 0:07:42.6

That is power of base. Power of base here is base on which we have created negativities. So, to compensate that we take refuge and we generate love compassion , four immeasurables, and bodhimind. That provided power of base because you are compensating something. Then, the power of regret. And regret must be very strong not to repeat should be automatic. Then, antidote action. That is the four powers. (Rimpoche counted in Tibetan)..I got them in English but forgot them in tibetan (Rimpoche laughs and the repeat list in tibetan). Antidote action, what do we call that in tibetan? Sorry (Rimpoche laughs). That’s so funny. Okay, this is for the first time. Okay, antidote action can be anything. Saving a life against killing. And generosity and all of those against stealing. Helping , protecting the weaker…the weak ones against the sexual misconduct, and just tell the truth for god sake against lie. So all of those. There are each one of them has its own antidote but in general for each vows , its own purification systems. Self liberation vows are taking from the lama with the sangha so purify in the presence of lama with the sangha. Bodhisattva vows are taking with the lama Buddha bodhisattva, so purify there. And Vajrayana vows are taking with the lama yidam mandala, so purify over there. These are specific vows. In general saying mantras, circumambulations, prostrations, and particular like Vajrasattva recitations for purifications. And meditation on emptiness and bodhimind. (Rimpoche quotes in Tibetan: Dipa….) Shantideva has said such a powerful negativity which can overcome this except that of bodhimind. So the antidote action is plenty. Whatever you want you can pick and choose. There is tremendous amount. And just doing once does not necessarily purify. Or, there is no guarantee if you does 100,000 times you purify either. What you do is constant continues strong until you have sign you have been purified. 0:14:06.0

There are a number of different signs. Through dream, through feeling, through vision. All of them there. So, you read the transcripts, I am sure is there. I might not be able to spell out everything because it is limited time. In short every practice that you do you should turn them on purification as well. So we what we call ourself, practitioners, what does that mean? What do we do? We do two things. We do purification and we try to accumulate merit. Here is why. Our result what we want to achieve is the mental part of enlightenment and the physical part of enlightenment. And what is blocking us to get. It is our negativity. And that’s why we purify those. And when we purify, it becomes pure again. And when we become pure, there is no block. And when there is no block, we have it. So the purification is something you really do until you become fully enlightened. At the same time we accumulate merit. And that is positive building. Until it is already built, we keep on building it. Because we are not finished. So that’s how, and here’s why we are called practitioners. Here’s why we do it. That also, building a positive also (Rimpoche quotes in tibetan: gyelwa yeshe….) And that also the relative part of accumulation of merit and absolute part of accumulation of merit. You know the relative part is producing the body part of enlightenment. And absolute produced mind part of it. And relative here means love compassion activities are called relative activities. Absolute means wisdom part of it. So that’s why combination of…union of wisdom and compassion, is our practice, our path. We even called this ‘lam ta shinye* The path has wisdom and method. The foundation is ‘shi ta pe nyi’? The path is the two truths. That’s what we have. Absolute truth and relative truth, that’s what our basis. And the method is wisdom and compassion. And the result or fruit is Dharmakaya and Rupakaya. So we say ‘shi tam pa nyi, lam …*? Shi lam ne…base, path, result. (Translator: Rimpoche, I need to leave. Sorry, it’s been 1 o’clock. Please). Oh, ya, okay. We going to stop. Okay. (Translator: I am really sorry) Okay, I understand. Okay. So, we stop here now for lunch. (Translator: I am really sorry). It is okay, I ready reminded once, anyway. Okay 0:19:57.6

So, to continue where we stopped earlier, we are still at the purification. So, I am looking at the time and the subject we have to cover, just doesn’t make sense you know. Odyssey to Freedom is based on the lam rim. Normal lam rim teachings are like 30 days , 4 hours a day, at least, 4 to 6 hours a day. Odyssey To Freedom when we teach one week whole retreat doesn’t cover. Like three weeks we maybe able to finish something. So we try to cover everything over here little bit. So, when you are doing the purification, then now I like to take you down the mantra saying here. Like the mantra saying here ‘Om muni muni maha muni ye svaha’and that is Shakyamuni’s mantra, as you all know. The muni…OM a o m, three letters combined together becomes Om, that’s the usual explanations. And then, it represents body, speech and mind of the object on which we are talking. And body, speech mind of the person who is saying, that is our minds combined together with the letters means OM. Om muni muni..(Rimpoche quotes in tibetan…tupa tupa..) Meaning you have overcome the…easiest to do is you have overcome the two blocks…the gross block and the subtle block or you have the direct negative emotions and imprints of negative emotions, so ‘muni muni’ means either victor victor ,greater victory or control, control, greater control or I mean people translates in many ways. Another word ‘muni’ means something has overcome and managed. What you have managed ? You have managed all your negative emotions ‘muni’, second ‘muni, imprint , ‘maha muni’ you become great fully enlightened. You’ve done everything. That’s one way of putting. If you are practising love compassion, then first muni covers self love, second muni covers against compassion for other beings, that is narrow selfish interest, third it will be both. You know relative and absolute level. So there is many ways of explaining. So whatever is easier for you, you pick and choose. 0:25:22.5

(Rimpoche spoke in tibetan to someone in audience) Anyway, sorry about that the name I forgot in tibetan earlier, you know. So, muni muni maha muni soha. The ‘soha’ is lay foundation. Your body, mind and speech lay the foundation of my body, mind and speech. That very briefly soha means lay the foundation. Another words you the great ‘tubpa’,…you called it ‘tubpa’ you know in tibetan, sumden tubpa…chom den….We really called that ‘tubpa’. Tub oa means one who really controls all those. So your body, speech mind may lay the body, speech mind seed for me here, you know. That’s really here. 0:28:12.8

Then we have this longer version of namo ratna tra yaya…this is the thousand armed Avalokitesvara mantra. We introduced we have this occasionally doing, we don’t regularly do it. But since they decided to attack Iraq, so we thought we will do for a while for purify at least, and for those who lost their lives and all of those. Okay, next comes the famous tibetan mantra, Om mani padme hung. Same Om, A O M combined together, three letters Om. What are we talking? (Translator: Mani) Mani…mani is money, euro and ..(Laughter). Mani, jewel. The jewel like mind. Jewel like mind that is compassion, bodhimind, love all of those, jewel like activities. Padma is lotus, represent the purity. Lotus grown out of mud, that’s the usual stuff. So, it is pure. Pure in this case is wisdom. Got it? So hung, is union, combined om mani padme hung, combined together. You know actually hung has five letters and represent five wisdoms and five skhandhas and that is how the union is explained. How does hung represent union. Because hung has five parts, right? So five parts represent five skhandhas of individual. When the five skhandhas been transformed, it becomes five wisdoms. So that’s why mani padme hung means the wisdom and compassion combination are capable of delivering the transforming the ordinary body, mind and speech in the form of extraordinary body, mind and speech. When you have the time, when you have everything, om mani padme hung tells you the total teachings of the Buddha, both sutra and tantra. Everything is in there because it is either path of Wisdom or path of Compassion, all the teachings. So the purpose you know purpose represents my ordinary body, mind and speech transforming becoming the enlightened beings body, mind and speech. That was Om does. Hung tells you how five skhandhas transforming five wisdoms, so purifying and transforming into five Wisdoms. If you have the time Om mani padme hung is the total teaching of Buddha. And that’s why it is so famous. Not just Avalokitesvara mantra but it is so….I mean every kids in Tibet, the first thing what they say “ma ma ma ma”, not calling mother but it is calling om mani padme hung ma ma. 0:32:59.9 This explanation does not contradict lots of other explanations. Some will say there are six letters purify six realms. All these are there but there’s nothing wrong with it. I just want to mention it because sometimes somebody heard that and somebody else will say this one says that and that one says this, I don’t know which one is correct. You know that’s what I wanted to mention.

Then the next is Om tare tuttare , right? (Translator: Om tare tuttare, yes). Okay, next is Om, the same om, same old om. Tare tuttare ture svaha ( Rimpoche quotes in tibetan: korwa le…ture …chag tsel lo) So, actually it gives you the Four Noble Truths. Om tare tuttare ture svaha just gives you the Buddha’s teaching of Four Noble Truths.’Korwa letrel tare ma om tare ‘ the one who protects from the sufferings. Where does all those sufferings come from? Well, I might explain this a little bit because it is common with the medium level is this one. 0:36:36.0

So anyway, the sufferings what we have and where does that come from? It comes from…it is not coming from nowhere. Nor it is coming from only one source. It is a variety of sources and particularly that of negative karmic sources. And negative karmic is also coming from the delusions itself. So whether you talked of suffering as the three types of suffering, or eight types of sufferings or multi sufferings, the cause is karmic cause and delusion caused, right? And that is the negative side of cause and result. You know the negative side of samsara, the cause and the result. (Rimpoche quotes in tibetan: yun kun…….kun jung nyi) So it is the negative emotions that created negative karma becomes the cause, Second Noble Truth, which causes First Noble Truth, the Truth of suffering. And that is called that (Rimpoche referring to audience in tibetan) So, the First and the Second is anyway complete the circle of the negative side of the samsara existence. Then the Second and Third. Third is go ba ten pa or the Cessation and Fourth is the Path. And Second and Fourth is positive side of the circle, actually. You know in the Four Noble Truth you have the negative circle and the positive circle. The positive circle is the Fourth Truth is the Path which creates Third Truth. That’s why the name Tara is Drolma, liberator. Like quick liberator and all of those In short Om tare tuttare ture svaha, which gives you the total essence of the teaching of Four Noble Truth. Soha, means lay the foundation again. So either one of those mantras or all of them, or anyone of them, you pick up with your purification and you keep on saying it. Or, you bring your purification visualization down here when you are saying your mantras. And keep on doing it and that will be one of the Four Powers….nyi ……nyi ma tok’.It si the antidote it will be. Okay? And then, that purification part of it. In your visualization you can have your supreme field of merit, Guru Buddha or all particular yidams like Avalokitesvara or Tara or whoever. Whatever you going to do, you get just a switched it, don’t worry about it. Some people saying ‘Well, I like… I do this and that, you know but I like this and this, what do I do? No problem. What happened it is the reality they are all one. All different purposes ….there’s you know all the four different purposes, they have different aspects of it.And also our object of refuge is not the thangka, nor the image, not the temple, nothing. It is our mind that had visualized and projected. So, that you can change anytime. You don’t have to go back to Marion van der horst, ‘would you change this? Would you have this? Would you make this Tara, can make them into Buddha’? You don’t have to do that. You can just do it by your mind and it doesn’t contradict anything. Because in reality there is no contradiction. 0:43:18.7

You don’t have to do the sex change operations. (Rimpoche laughs) Or, another one if you can meditate elaborate supreme field merit like this one, then you can have everybody in there. You can focus more on somebody there. You know you can just zoom people out of there and then you can focus more. You can just put some zoom lens on it and zoom on somebody else. That’s what you can do if you have detail like that. But if you have single one, most of us will have single one because it is easier. So then you just lay it don’t have to hang up. That way is easy. Even you read the lam rim, they will say ngo wo rang gyi….In reality it is your own master but in the form of Buddha, in the form of this yidam, that yidam, wrathful, peaceful, male, female everything. So, that is the reality how it goes. So doesn’t matter, don’t have hang ups. Whatever you may have it, the purpose over here is you can visualize light and liquid coming from the body of the supreme field of merit, and hit you. Reach you on your crown. From your crown gradually light and liquid comes, the light like a tube light. Light and liquid comes through. And it is a normal meditation you all know. So it is just sort of washing every impure part of our body, mind and speech. Whatever it maybe, it sort of you know all negativity and its imprint, and everything from our body from the crown onwards it is easier for us. From the crown it reaches and washes in out everything through throat, through the heart level, through your body and from the lower doors even the tip of the toes, every impurity goes out completely and you become pure, clean crystal like. And particularly here, to develop the development of these stages. The steps that we introduced you, Odyssey To Freedom steps, and in general and in particular wherever you are focusing and that obstacle may be sort of washed away, cleared. And then when you are cleaning out, you have to fill up again. Filling up with blessings. So you know what blessing is all about it, right? So let me not revisit there, otherwise I’ll be stuck. So that’s what you visualize, that’s what you say mantras and that’s what you do, how you do. How you do your purifications. Or each one of your meditations, every steps you can also do in the same manner, as you do your purification. Okay, I think I should stop the purification here because you know, out of four days if you take whole day on purification, is not that fair for you. 0:51:12.7

The next should be rejoice, right? Rimpoche quotes in tibetan: …So effortlessly to make it accumulate lot of merit will be the rejoice. So, we, our negative addictions tell us ‘don’t rejoice’ Our negative addictions will tell us don’t rejoice , get jealous. You know our negative addictions really teach us to get jealous. You know my neighbour is doing very good , but she has her motives. So, Tsongkhapa had said effortlessly what you really make lots of merits is rejoicing. If you rejoicing somebody higher than you like the Buddha or the Dalai Lama, or your Master, or great ones, at least get half of their merit. And if you rejoice equal person like you and me, you got double. The equal thing. You work I rejoice, I get benefit. But I don’t take yours away from you. I also get it. And if you rejoice someone lower than you, and then you get the double amount. That person sweating and working hard. We just sit there and rejoice, get double the profit. It sounds like bad contractor. (Translator: Sorry) It sounds like bad contractor. You know those contractors. (Audience: spoke in Dutch) (Transaltor: spoke in Dutch) (Laughters). What happened? (Translator: It is sort of scandal about these bad contractors) Oh, ya. Sounds like that, you know. But..so it is very little efforts , you get lot of profit. Risk free investment. Really, high heel…high yield, sorry. High heel, shoe (Rimpoche laughs) High yield, sorry, okay. You know these are the best method …really best method of accumulating of merit and purification were selected in there. And that’s why it is called ‘Seven Limbs”, ‘Seven branch’. (Rimpoche quotes in tibetan: te wa..tam pa che) In Shantideva says for aeons buddhas have taught and draw the conclusion these seven things are the best things to do. So it is really very very easy way and good way and very beneficial. That’s why you have rejoice here too. 0:57:05.4

Then request to remain. Like you request your spiritual master to remain with you forever. (Rimpoche quotes in Tibetan: …so su sol) For the best field of my faith would you remain forever. Like in the Ganden Lha Gyema case. So it is not necessarily for the spiritual masters that makes difference. It makes difference for us. It is one of our longevity practice. The best longevity for ourself is the making that request for the spiritual master remain with us forever. Here you know (Rimpoche quotes in tibetan: de shig….dro was…ta shi shok) Reuest is till the skies becomes empty, for all this is samsara becomes totally empty, till sentient beings completely exhausted by becoming fully enlightened. It is sort of we request enlightened beings to remain until that they pray opposite. Until all the samsara becomes empty, I will remain there and to be service , to help of all beings. So, it is sort vice versa thing that goes in there too. And then if they remain there….the remaining very next but if you just remain and shut your mouth and then it is not that great. So do something. The doing something is give us guidance, give us the teaching, lead us. So (Rimpoche: Dro la,,,,)So do give…what does this ?English one say? Rimpoche reads: Request you to remain until total enlightenment. I request wise and compassionate guidance. That’s what it is. Remember in the case of the Ganden Lha Gyema? There you have ‘Jetsun lama dampa kyenam kyi / Cho ku kala kyen tzei trin trig ne / ji tar tsam pai dul ja dzin ma la / zab gya cho kyi char pa wab du sol’. In the Ganden Lha Gyema case, it was very well spell it, you know. ‘cho ku kala kyen tzei trin trig ne’ your mind that of dharmakaya nature fully enlightened Buddha nature mind, like a sky and you are compassionate, and your kindness and your Wisdom, cloud-like may give us the shower of profound and vast teachings to grow the beautiful tulips of Holland (Laughter). You know shower of the teaching. You can go on blah blah blah but doesn’t mean anything. ‘Ji tar tsam pai dul ja dzin ma la / zab gya cho kyi char pa wab du sol’, suitable . Suitable, you know, perfect. ‘Suitable’ here means you know when the tulips completely opened when it rains if it opens too much then it washed away all the tulips. So you need the time…at the time before it’s open or while it is opening. And that’s why we try to make different classes. The preliminaries, ‘Three Principles ‘group, ‘Odyssey to ’groups, Vajrayana groups, and you know ‘common with the lower’, ‘common with medium’, Mahayana groups, bodhisattva club. What happened to Bodhisattva Club? Still there? Bodhisattva club dissolve or postponed? (Audience: Postponed) Alright. Bodhisattva club, all of those are made to suitable reasons. And that’s …we even have a Vajrayana and non-vajrayana division, just because of that reason. It is not something that is secret and wonderful over here, cannot share with you, or you people are not qualified just because you are just new. That’s not the reason. The reason here is suitable or not suitable. When can we have that rain over the tulips? 1:06:21.8

And that is the reason why these dharma coordinators make the divisions. Maybe you have the considerations of number of people and available teachers and all that. That is side effect. The principle what you do is because of that reason. In the Ganden Lha Gyema level, Ganden Lha Gyema teachings will tell you, remember at that moment you visualize you offer a dharmacakra., or the golden wheel, you know. You don’t have to go and buy gold but visualize offering golden wheel over there. It is some kind of interdependent incidental effectiveness. That’s what they called it, something like that. (Rimpoche praised the translation) Very good. What does that mean? (Laughters) I try to explain it, don’t laugh. What does that mean is bring different kind of incident together and somehow because of that collectiveness some different result take place. So we called it interdependent nature of existing. Okay, that covers the ‘request’. It’s not so important like purification, so we don’t take so long here. 1:09:02.3

The next will be dedication. Should be, isn’t it? (Translator: It is) Dedication is insurance policy. Remember I keep on saying it, ‘positive is impermanent, negative is impermanent. Positive actions are impermanent, negative actions are impermanent’. So we create wonderful positive actions here. We create very good karma here. But if we don’t locked them, if we don’t saved them, in the computer terminology, if you don’t ‘saved’ them, it can disappear, it can go away. Virus can eat them, and do all them. So in order to avoid that, we saved, you know we do ‘save’. In the middle of doing something, I better ‘save’ this otherwise it is going to go away. So this saving insurance policy what you buy is the dedication, the insurance. I don’t know whether usual insurance company buy that or not, I have no idea. (Rimpoche laughs) Anna Maria says, no they don’t buy (Rimpoche laughs) So, anyway, why insurance? Because things is such a funny. In our mind when we dedicate something, it is like locked in, done deal locked in. For us if we have dealings, we talked about it, we negotiate and when negotiate finally agreed, then we make an agreement, and we signed and sealed and then we called it ‘done deal’, right? So, just like that, in the done deal locked in business in the spiritual field is dedication. When you are dedicating, you have closed the deal. And when you close the deal, the karmic text is different term. You know the characteristic of the karma is fast growing, definite. There are four, right? So, out of that four, the second one is definite. So it is sort of karmic definite boundary comes in then. So when the hatred, the fire sweeps through our body they will consume all these virtues that we have dedicated already. Do you get me? You didn’t get me. Alright, you got piece of food. You put the food in the refrigerator and you put some sign on it. This is Marion’s. Then, anybody who sees this, nobody will use that food, except Marion. It is Marion’s. Dedicated, done deal locked on for Marion. And if she doesn’t eat it for ten days, it is going to be rotten and going to throw it away. But nobody else going to use it anyway. 1:15:16.4

So, just like that. When the karma gets in the dedication, it is ear marked already. That’s what I mean. ‘Ear marked’ so it becomes different category. It is like a will. You make a living will and when person dies, no one can change the will, just like that. I don’t know what else example I can give here. I am not getting anything in my mind. I am blocked. I hope you get it. So you know it changes the personality of karma changes, the ownership changes and all of those. That’s why the dedication is. So the ear marked for the purpose of whatever you do it. And that is becoming the pacification of that particular karma. And they will do that. They will do just that. That means ‘karma is definite’ means that. Is that okay? Annalise says okay, but not really okay. Just accept it, I don’t know what does Robert think. Where does Robert go? He’s there. Are you sleeping? Just kidding. Is okay. Makes sense or no. Doesn’t make sense? I have a difficult of communicating this one. I don’t know why because I am looking maybe it is afternoon, maybe it is after lunch. I don’t know, all of them combined together. Maybe too much talking. All of them combined together. But if I don’t talk little bit then you know, we don’t have time. That’s why you know. So, anyway, if you don’t get it, it will wasting time too. Anyway, that’s why dedication is important. And you can dedicate anything you want to. It is yours. It is like your money. You can spend for anything you want to. Or, you don’t want to spend. That’s also fine but don’t lose it. So, that’s why you dedicate. But there’s a recommendation for your considerations. The recommendation is ‘….kuntu zangpo…’All these enlightened beings past, present and future, wherever they have dedicated their positive virtues, I like to join them. It is a big investment firm which is very solid, sure to gain profit, not to lose it. It is reliable, stable, solid, well established firm. So because when you merge in that huge and it is very hard to separate. Right, if we have say hundred euros, and if you want to invest hundred euros, what you going to do? Nothing else. Just like Allen Ginsberg. Allen Ginsberg is good friend of George Soros. I remember this story. And he called George Soros one day and he said “George, I need help”. He said, “What can I do?” “Well, I have some money I like to invest. What do you think?” and George says “How much?” “$10,000” He said, “Put it in bank” (Laughters) That is his answer, “Put it in bank”(Laughter) So, it is just $10,000, it is nothing. You can’t do anything. So if you have hundred euros going to invest somewhere, you can’t do anything. But if you could buy some share of one tel here, what is the name of the big dutch phone company? What do you call it (Translator: KPM). That’s the one who sells a lot outside, right, these days. And one of these high things. So if you buy some KPM shares and put in there and as long as you don’t withdraw, and as long as the KPM shares goes up, your shares going to go up. If KPM shares goes down, your shares going to go down. In the same way we join in the bigger company of all the enlightened beings better than George Soros. So, we (Rimpoche quotes in Tibetan) so we dedicate all our virtues along with that. What did they invested? They have invested all their virtues to gain Enlightenment for all living beings. So, our dedication says here, ‘By this merit may I quickly attain the state of enlightenment and take with me every being without exception ‘, no child left out. So that’s what recommended to be invested. That is just six preliminaries over! Can you believe it? So, looking at the clock again, (*Some interruptions) what happened (Audience: *unclear). We go till 4, right? (Audience: Till half past 4) We do have time, good. That’s wonderful. I thought we stop at 4. 1:25:28.3

Thus we cover the six preliminaries, yet we went to the actual practice yesterday, quite a lot about the guru devotional practice. Because while introducing the supreme field of merit, we have talked almost in detail about guru devotion practice yesterday. Can I have this Odyssey ..Yesterday we begin with where we are talking, and I quote it with the Three Principles of the Path. We did not have the book today. The organizers made everything available including Allen Ginsberg meditational on the rock, and everything made available for everybody. So, what I was quoting was no.2. Not attracted to samsara’s delights, fulfilling this mission of this precious life, pursuing the fully reliable path, listen with a clear mind you fortunate ones. ’That’s what we quoting yesterday. (Rimpoche read the tibetan quote….si pei lam) Looks like our organizers going to make another busy job here. So, now we have to move to the ‘Actual’. And if you move to the Odyssey…look to the Odyssey to freedom, and we have now covered up to 12,13,14,15, and almost 16. So have the ‘request’ today and today we gone through ‘the request to remain’, ‘dedication efforts’ and we ask for the inspiration and blessings, and ‘acknowledge spiritual master’, ‘investigate the qualities of the spiritual master’, ‘reflect qualities of the student’, which I didn’t do. And ‘cultivate pure relationship’ which is coming up to this level. And I like to base on the ‘Foundation of Perfections’. That’s what I mean, make them work better. So, tomorrow I am going to see them. They all have the ‘Foundation of Perfection’ available for you. They are very efficient and wonderful. Congratulations, all of you who do here. And so, if you look in this ‘Foundation of Perfection’, we are going to cover the part of again 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 . And if you look to the ‘Foundation of Perfection’, it says ‘Yon ten kun gyi zhir gyur drin chen je’, right? 1:30:13.5
