Rimpoche: Okay so what I’m going to do is, do anyone of you have any questions about what we talk yesterday? Especially I told you to think something last night, remember? Is it the Mother Theresa or Bill Gates remember? If you have any questions regarding that, without saying what you think or any other thing, go ahead.

Again, the guru issue is a big issue. It is important question. It has lot of difficulty, your question can you allowed to have many gurus? By all means, there is no problem whatsoever. That is your own choice. And I always say I have thirty-nine, forty, forty-one maybe. 0:02:21.7 inaudible.. I have initiations it becomes forty-one. So that is not an issue. Second part of your question, root guru. You can have one or two main teachers. Depends on individual. It switches sometimes. In my personal case, mostly out of forty, or forty-one, really remains two or three at most that becomes important root guru. That also shifts, perhaps teachings that you receive from. Maybe according to whatever you are doing, that has effect. And sometimes without any commonly, more or less the picture of Kyabje Ling Rinpoche always pops up on my head. And then if you are doing anything about Heruka or Vajrayogini or something, it switched to Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche. Otherwise commonly it is Kyabje Ling Rinpoche. So that’s what happens.

0:05:07.5 So, that’s that, any more questions?

Translator: The gentlemen over there says that if he knows someone who knows Mother Theresa, worked over three months and Mother Theresa did many good things to a lot of people but also had a short temper, and was very impatient many times, and he said what should you do? And to imitate Mother Theresa, and also have a short temper and get angry sometimes? Or should you first work on your negative emotions? What is your advice?

Rimpoche: Very good question. Yah there is no question in my mind, Mother Theresa will become a saint. And when you see if she became a saint and then; Catholic have very good policy actually, don’t make anybody saint when they are alive, right? Lets’ hope she become saint, and then we will see Saint Theresa. The next generation will only be going to know Saint Theresa, great saint, but like you say your friend or somebody who been working with her, so she has short temper. I think it is human nature. I don’t know if she has short temper or not, but if she has, it is human nature. Number one.

0:05:07.5 Number two, if you look back to all these, this sorts of tells you all different saints, Saint Johns, saint this and saint that and the great buddhist teachers, great this great that, all of them. If you living in the contemporary of all these people, I’m quite sure each and every one of them have shortcomings, including Buddha and Jesus. Though as buddhist we supposed to look Buddha is totally fault free, and every good quality, no fault and this and that. But as human being at that time, that period that bounds to be, otherwise they are not human being.

0:10:54.6 Now whether the fault is really true fault or perception of the individual, that is another question. In the case of Mother Theresa, short temper, maybe her way of getting things done rather than her temper, that’s another point which we don’t see. So now your question is, should we take care of our negative emotions or should we devote for the activities such as …inaudible. My answer for that, if you can do both together it is best. But sometimes you can’t put together and one goes against. And then you have to pay attention. That’s what I know. Is it okay? Good.

0:12:49.4 Rimpoche answering question: Who knows? Like you look at Milarepa and Marpa story, its sometimes quite cruel. And so much so that Naropa and Tilopa is even worse. I think it depends on situation. I don’t think we can have blanket. And also, don’t give permission to be holy inaudible… you know what I mean?

Rimpoche answering question: You have to read my book. It’s called Good Life Good Death, Tibetan wisdom on reincarnation. It will be published in October. I’m just joking. There is a transcript called Transforming Negativities, and that should talk to you a little bit more, we going to talk little bit about it today and also, we have those Transforming Negativities in the …inaudible… I did the first one, the anger business is done. The second one, I think attachment, ignorance along those lines, they are not yet done. Yeah, this is the thing, what you really gain out of Tibetan Buddhism, particularly is how to work with negative emotions.

0:18:41.4 And particularly my style of talking to the people, working with the people is try to be very practical rather than traditional. Try to be very practical, when you try to deal with it practically, the problems what we have today, within ourselves, is negative emotions. Negative emotions are the problem of most of our emotional problems. Some of our physical problems, many of our mental problems are from there. So, I really try to make it very practical, dealing with these. That’s my, my style. It’s not necessarily every Tibetan Buddhist teachers do that, or not to do that, it depends on how the individual works. Some individuals like to work very traditional way, some would like to whatever the way they do. So, what we keep in principle is not to lose the experience Buddha and thousands of followers had continuously, that is our main point. That is the source where we draw. That we keep it. And then you have to adjust according to how best way the people can use it. That is being the principle of this short fact-oriented path.

0:21:29.0 Rimpoche answering question: I’m going to refer the question to Naomi. I will say whatever she says is right, I say right! She doesn’t want to answer, right? 0:23:26.2 Frustrations. Basically, frustrations are basically in general, it will be very difficult for me to count as good thing. Basically. But sometimes it works. And if you not frustrated you don’t move, like move. And just making move is alone not good enough, making good move. So, when you do that, sometimes it becomes useful. Basically, frustration is not a negative emotion at all. Neither negative nor positive, it is nature. Is it good for you? Probably not. Give you good stress. And if you love stress, have it. Otherwise, it is not necessarily that good. But there is good use, always you will find some good use, so many of those. Sometimes you may even find good use for anger and attachment. And that perhaps is not good to use. Because by nature it’s bad. So maybe you don’t want to use it.

0:25:51.9 Because by nature its bad. So, you have to make the distinction. Even during the Buddha’s time, Buddha make all these strict rules for the monks and nuns. Basically, all the rules are divided into two. One is by nature is negativity. One is simple rule. Because it makes inconvenience for the others, or it feels bad or do all that you know. And by virtue, it is negativity, never give you exceptional case. Other than being by virtue of negativity, they always give you discounts and all kinds of things.

0:28:01.5 Rimpoche answering question: Because this identity goes bad. But I may have to clarify when I say because this identity goes bad. Maybe you don’t get it. So, we get old, we get sick and the body fails to work. And then that happens, identity goes bad, have to move. We die because something goes wrong on body. That’s what I mean, this identity goes bad. So, then you have another one. Hopefully good one. Can be with horns. Hopefully we don’t get foot and mouth disease.

0:29:54.4 Rimpoche answering question: You don’t know for sure. That book that I have, and it’s called Tibetan wisdom on reincarnation, and I said in that, you won’t know. Nor I’m here to convince you. But I seek benefit of doubt. And talks a lot in there. Actually, you don’t really know. But if you think very carefully, you can never say it is never true. Neither by ourself, or by scientist. Not even by the theologist. And no one really can say yes except it is belief belief belief. We have habit of saying 0:31:54.9 inaudible… (Robert’s property?) We are not talking about this particular Robert. So, belief is belief that is different story. And today, we are in what twenty first century, and everybody is educated, at least here. So, we have to go with everything with traditions as well as scientific developments. Have to go together.

0:33:14.1 Really the great scientist today, tells me, that science has rejected religion and decided to follow the facts, not the faith, facts. And when they follow the facts, facts itself is now making hundred eighty degrees turn, and forcing them to look into faith and that of Tibetan Buddhism. Not all Buddhism but Tibetan Buddhism. And there are a lot of things that Buddha shared 2500 years ago that have been proven by the scientist, though they called it their discovery. I tell you funny joke, there is a big scientist in Harvard, make big deal about a year ago, they discovered visualisation as one of the best ways to learn, think and develop.

0:35:26.6 Many other great scientists say the Tibetan Buddhist have been doing this for centuries, so it’s not your discovery. That’s many more things but I’m not going to talk. Even this discover of LSD, all of those are connected. They all thinking they discovering unchartered territory. And when they found the Tibetan Book of Death, oop, it’s in here what we founded. That’s why all those finance into the discover of LSD, turn out to be spiritualist, Timothy Leary, Ram Dass and all those. So, there is truth in this. And that can be worked together with the scientific, I hate to say Buddhism, but yeah. And also, you should be open, if the scientist clearly proof that you are wrong, you should not be stubborn to say, Buddha say it has to be right, no. There is a lot of truth in that, goes together very well. So, the reincarnation is one of them. Cannot proof it’s not there. As a matter of fact, there is much more information than we know. And simply they cannot explain so they are waiting for explanation. Scientific explanation. Anyway, that’s that. So, I’m not here to convince you to accept there is reincarnation. But I’m here to tell you, give it a benefit of doubt.

0:42:45.0 Translator: the gentlemen over there say, as far as I understood, you know everyone here is a reincarnation of their former lives, when you look at the experience of very little children, and you see things they do then you sometimes encounter things you cannot explain in terms of this life, or in terms if you say, every child starts anew, completely blank without any history. So would it be wise if we paid more attention to those kind of experience in order to trace the possibility of rebirth.

Rimpoche answering question: Yes, you are right. Definitely right. But where and how you pay attention has to be right way. Either can be proved by logic or scientific. Of so many people who have experience. If you can do that it’s definitely better. But if you go according to the Buddha, the child very very young child is not the beginning. Perhaps recycled. Yeah recycled. It’s not brand-new shirt. It is washed, ironed, and looks new. Okay I’m going to cut here because I would love to talk to your questions, but there are a lot of other people who don’t ask question, and they don’t want to waste their time as well.

0:46:36.3 So the question what I raised last night, whether you want to choose Mother Theresa of Bill Gates, type of life. And nobody didn’t raise any question influenced by that. I’m sorry. I hope you will raise again later. So, that is choosing the goal of our life. Nobody is suggesting you to be hippy again. Neither I’m encouraging you to be yuppy. So, I’m encouraging you try to have reasonably good life, with good spiritual practice. And of course, spiritual, there are one zillion different thing you can do. Even eating brown rice, drinking wheat juice is treated as spiritual. Or walking on the fire. Or you meditate for whole day, evening you can walk on fire. Once.

0:49:37.2 That workshop used to one hundred dollars, ten years ago, now it’s must be thousand dollar or something. They also claim to be spiritual. So, anybody can claim anything doesn’t matter. But what we are talking here is the solving our negative problems once for all. Liberating ourself once for all. So that we don’t have to repeat this life after life. What stands against that? First thing. What stands against that first thing is choice of wrong goal. Okay, so if you choose rich, famous and that sort of thing becomes your goal then its big problem. Why its big problem? Because to achieve your desire you have to do all kinds of things. A, number one, you have to hurt other people. In order to make yourself on the top. B, you have to indulge all kinds of negative actions in order to justify the end, so in order to justify means to achieve ends.

0:52:26.3 Third, the most important, you’re tired, energy all gone. To achieve something which is not lasting. Are you with me? Good. So, what you wasted here, is not only a simple energy, that simple time. But the best time you ever had. And the best opportunity you ever had. And that’s why this particular verse tell you, 0:53:39.3 ten ju nye pa, tse le long me pa, ……. Okay? So, the Thurman’s translation says what, turn off interest, very drastical word. Drastic and rascal, he himself is rascal he used this word. What does Glenn Mullin says? Reverse, it’s a little softer. Fantasy, he used the word fantasy then used the word reverse. Thurman used the word turn off, it’s very strong. So, what these really tell you is, when you begin to realize how important your life is, how valuable your life is, how difficult to get this life again and again is, and how fragile it is, then perhaps you don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket. Our habit is so strong, and it’s very difficult to say, hey don’t work to be become millionaire. And work for reasonably good life.

0:57:34.9 Who is going to listen to this? Everybody would like to become millionaire. Even ourselves. Wouldn’t we like to become millionaire, I like to become millionaire, so do you. You may lie to hide that, each and every one of us in deep mind if you become millionaire, we’d be happy. So, when you become a millionaire you realise you are not happy, you have more problems. The problem number one is protecting million, how do I protect my million. Problem number two how to multiply, problem number three, how to protect while multiplying. That is totally addition problem. We have enough problems now. So that shows you how our energy and how our life goes. And think what you are spending for that. Then on top you’re not going to become millionaire anyway, it’s very difficult to become millionaire anyway right? Out of a hundred percent, five ten percent? So, you become that small group of categories. And its difficult. Perhaps not going to be achieved at all. So, what you have spent is precious life. Life that capable of doing anything. Anything. Scientific, material, spiritual. We have this life here which is you have it, I have it, you all have it. It’s like it’s extremely valuable and capable. Think about life what Buddha had. And think about life what we had today.

1:01:19.5 From the point of life, there is not much difference. From the point of individual will and capacity, big difference. From the lives, from of view, not that different. Look at Einstein, from the life point of view, it’s the same, you have and I have and Einstein have. Maybe his brain is a little bigger. And again the will, willingness, opportunity, and usage is big difference. So, idea here is telling, the Buddha tells us, hey the life what you have is fantastic, very very valuable. No comparison with a million dollar. Is that true or not? Think. Will there be anybody who can volunteer if someone tells you, would you let me kill you so I can give you a million dollar. Nobody would unless you are crazy. So that shows you, that will remind you how important your life is. If you don’t think from that angle, you say life is important yeah, but not so important like million dollar is or something. But if you lose your life for million dollars what is the use.

1:04:41.6 Maybe you think you leave for children. So, if you really pointed out very carefully, what life we have, there is no value. There is no limit in that value. Really, it’s gone beyond price, in terms of monetary system. We have it right now. And not only we have it, we have the opportunity too. Opportunity to solve our difficulties once and for all. You know why? Why we like million dollars. Because we think million dollars can make us happy. We are not interested for the number of green or pink or yellow money, we are not interested in the multi-coloured paper. We are interested because that multi-coloured paper can make us happy. Am I right or wrong? Think about it. It is right, really right because I said so he he he.

1:06:56.8 So to understand that, not as understanding as understanding, but to develop that understanding. Become a part of your daily way of thinking, your decisions are made on the basis of those you are thoughts are, that idea has to become part of your life. To understand that alone is not enough. You have to have that becomes part of your life. So, we urge you to meditate on it. Meditate, as we talked. 1:08:21.6 inaudible within yourself. And when you convinced by yourself, then you meditate again, focus meditation. What we call it concentrated meditation. And when you do that and then it becomes part of your daily chore.

1:09:09.2 Then shift will take within yourself. From so much value, from million dollars and to look within your life, thinking hey this is worth for something. So, I recommend you to meditate. And how to meditate on this particular one? This particular life is capable giving everything and anything I wanted for my life. Particularly to give a total enlightenment. So, it is so important. And I can make sure, I can have safe future. Safe future life. Comfortable life. I can create generosity. To make my life comfortable. I can have perfect morality to make my life worthwhile. I can have perfect patience, to protect me falling into hands of controls of negative emotions.

1:12:07.9 Particularly I have opportunity to become fully enlightened one. Within this lifetime. So, I may gain realisation of difficult to find, this particular type of life. Once we found how valuable, how important this is, so I shall not waste this great life any minute. I may be blessed to be able to do this. So, you make request to the source of protection. And light and liquid comes from source of protection, purify all negativity in general, and particularly laziness that waste our life and time. Been purified, I become perfect pure. And I will help myself and help others. And that’s how you meditate. Meditate as long as you needed. Not one-time, different times.

1:14:39.3 So first subject to recognise, then think over, think about it. And then meditate. And that make you perfect. Now remember don’t make noise and inaudible coffee. After the coffee break, I think we lost a number of people there. There is a big huge, empty space. Anyway, what we did this morning is importantness of life right. Now difficult to find. Is it easy to find this type of life again? That is the biggest question. It is the Buddha who said there is reincarnation and it is Buddha who says it’s not easy to find life like this. So, there are lots of misunderstandings, let us clear that first. There are a number of people think, yes there is reincarnation but reincarnation is always better and better. Because we are on spiritual journey we cannot go down, we are going better and better.

1:17:40.1 Absolutely not true according to Buddha. And I said earlier our reincarnation can be with two horns, I made joke but the joke has a reason in that. Perhaps every joke that I make have some reasons and values. When Buddha said it is not certain you cannot get that reincarnation back, he has valid reasons. What are these valid reasons? From the causal point of view, not the result point of view. The reasons I’m giving from the causal point of view. What is the cause to get such a life? It’s almost you can say how expensive it is. It’s very expensive. How do you pay it? You don’t pay in terms of money but you do pay in terms of karma. And that also positive karma. And that also morality.

1:17:40.1 The basic cause of human life is morality. Perfect morality. So how good morality we have is known to ourself. The others cannot judge, we can judge for ourself. You can judge you, I can judge mine. So, think about it. What kind of morality we have? Well, we may think generally I’m not immoral, but I’m not that moral either you know, we have that in our human life. And some of the conservative moralistic people, they may think they are very moral but their morality can be very wrong. I said some of, I’m sorry.

1:21:45.3 So I wish I have time I can talk to you a lot, but we have time limit so, I’m going to leave it there. So basically, morality is the one who really produces the total life. Then generosity make you rich. And patience makes you beautiful or handsome. So don’t have diet but have patience. Anyway, enthusiasm makes you capable. And concentration makes you focus. And wisdom makes you wise. These are the causes. If you have cause, you will have result. If you don’t have cause, you don’t know going to get result, right? You going to bring handful of grain, put on the cement floor here, and hope and pray it’s going to grow nicely. It’s never going to grow. Even though there is cause of grain but no conditions.

1:24:00.3 So the cause and condition combined together creates results. That’s whole about our life is. That’s the reason why we are born, that’s the reason why we live, that’s the reason why we die. Very simple. No mystery. So, judge from your own moral. From your own generosity. From your own patience. From your own enthusiasm. From your own concentration. From your own wisdom. See how is your future life going to be. The earlier Tibetan teachers tells us, what we have done before, watch this life they will give you answer. What going to be future life, ask this mind, you will know from there.

1:25:54.7 So the key is in your own hand. So, you can make judgement. I don’t know everybody going to accept your judgement or not, but you can make judgement on that basis. So, that will tell you how difficult you going to find life like this again. Okay? So, if you waste this life, how wasteful it is. A, important. B, difficult to find. Right? So, if we don’t have perfect cause what happens in our future life? So, it depends on what we have. How much we can afford to pay. So, if you cannot buy a human life, then will buy animal life. Inaudible. Even this dog says hey you’re right. Yeah and when you can’t afford this, then you buy hungry ghost life.

1:28:11.9 And even if you can’t afford that, and then you buy hell realm life. So, these are the problems. Future problems. If you can buy better than this, then you can buy those realms called demi gods realms, and then they call gods realms which is small G god. So, these are your possibilities in future. And depends what we can afford to buy. And our life here is capable of giving you all the money you need to buy the best life in future. And what is standing in between? Our willingness. We don’t have willingness. We don’t have will. Number one, we will say don’t believe it. Number two yeah, I give it benefit of doubt but I have my doubts. Maybe this is right for me to do. Maybe that’s right for me to do or maybe this is better. You can do that when you are young, even the dog says right! But you can’t do that all the time. Our life is like, you know they say, there is a show called Days of Our Lives? Those of you who are watching TV, so if you’re watching the Days of Our Lives, there is a bottle of sand. And the bottle turns upside down and the sand starts going down. That’s exactly how our lives going. The clock ticks. It’s not the clock that’s ticking, it’s our life that’s ticking. The weeks goes, days goes, months goes, years goes.

1:32:22.7 Well it is not the week or day or years gone but our lives gone. And going. And then one day, hey it’s time for you to go, then it’s too late. If you want to do something then it’s too late. You will think I have all the time I didn’t do anything, now I don’t know what’s going to happen. And I have every opportunity. I had Buddhism. I had Judaism; I have Christianity. All of those too late? So, before it gets too late, do it. Don’t have to do all the time, you can definitely have job. You can definitely have responsibilities. And you give little time for this. Say half an hour, forty minutes or an hour at most. At the beginning stage. You should really begin like five minutes. Daily, every day. Those meditations I told you, so spend five minutes there. A drop in the bucket every day, makes the bucket full. And some people will say, if I’m going to do it, I’m going to do very much, and I’m going to fill bucket completely. But you’re never going to full, better do it with a drop. We say not today but tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes. There always tomorrow. And then like the great Tibetan teachers said, 1:36:04.4 de tu seng yi……. He said, this is now I’m going to do it. Today I’m going to do it. Before that tomorrow comes it is time for you to go now. Today may come first.

1:37:16.0 So, the second verse half of this word says, don’t cheat yourself now. If you want to help yourself, it is time now. So, that message goes to you. If you want help yourself, it is time for you now. Okay that’s it. So, you have to do meditation on this. This life, we have already established the values that’s and its importantness. But I may be in habit, I can’t do it now I’ll do it next time. You know all kind of excuse we give because when we want to help ourself, the last thing we do is help ourself. You know why? We have somebody inside. Somebody inside pulls us out. Always pull back. And that we call it ego. Or ignorance. Or sometimes 1:39:26.1 inaudible. And that is inside me. That will pull me back all the time.

1:39:40.4 In the pretext of helping me. Oh, that’s too much for you. Oh, I’m too told. Or I’m sick. I’m not healthy enough. And I can’t take that much. All of those and any pretext, I’m too busy. I have other commitments; I have my responsibilities. I have to look after my mother-in-law. Mother-in-law will come here for sure. Normally you don’t want mother-in-law around but when you have excuse, you have to have mother-in-law too. So that is the only laziness that’s pulling ourself back. So, if you really care for yourself, break that laziness. Get over it. Go beyond. Don’t submit. Have your will, put your foot down so all of those you do it. It is time for you to do now. Otherwise, sun will rise, sun will set. Spring comes, with the snow and whatever. And spring goes, summer comes and goes, autumn comes and goes. Winter comes and goes.

1:39:40.4 Spring again. That’s how our lives is, that’s called days of our lives. So, if you go in that circle, you go. You waste this opportunity. If you want help yourself, you have to help yourself today. That’s it. The choice is yours. Nobody else can choose you. No guru can tell you what to do. If guru tells you what to do, it becomes dictator. We rejected that many centuries. We had all medieval period in our lives. We burn all the women too because you are not fat enough. You don’t get that weight, right? I visit all of those areas early, there is huge weighing thing, right? So, these are the medieval period people will dictate people what to do. Today no one can dictate anybody what to do.

1:44:22.4 So it is our time and also our educational level is much better than those of medieval period. Believe me, even though we have renaissance and these and that but even then, we won’t even understand, we don’t understand at that time. Look at the Van Gogh, never made penny, how great painter he is. How wonderful the paintings are. And how much it cost today. He never made penny. Because people’s educational level is not up to yet so they cannot appreciate it at that time. So, the dictatorship comes for the stupid ones. Maybe it’s not dictators’ fault, it’s our fault, we let them dictate. So don’t let anybody dictate you today.

1:46:14.3 Guru yes, not a guru of dictator guru. You understand? I’m speaking to you honestly from the bottom of heart. You know whether its edible or not edible, smell it. Whether its wearable or not wearable measure it against your body, or on your body. That’s use your brain. Use your common sense. And that applies at the beginning, the guru devotional practice to total enlightenment. So, every subject, every point we introduce, you have to use your mind. You are not cow. If you are you going to get foot and mouth disease, sorry. So, you are human being. Be a man. Not be a woman, I don’t mean that you know that, I mean be a human being. You know man in a sense, a human being.

1:48:24.6 So you go back to this meditation, I’ve been carried away. This importantness and you have to really establish the first one before you move to the second one. And when you convinced that, when you really established the first one then you can move to the second one. It is systematic too. So, such importantness is very difficult to find again. That also the opportunity what we have is really rare, very rare. Very very rare. Especially the opportunity what we have. Perhaps you don’t know why. To become enlightened within short lifetime, is the rarest of rarest, really. According to the Hindu Buddhist mythological times, in this eon, there is supposed to be one thousand buddhas. Only two, only two buddhas sure to carry Vajrayana. Third maybe, maybe. The rest no. So that makes even more rare. So, when you looking at opportunity who to help ourself, this is as good as it gets.

1:52:00.8 And beyond that it will go down. Like white wine. Right? That’s what the wine expert told me. You get to certain level, certain year and then goes down. This is as good as we get. By sheer chance, by sheer luck we happen to be here. We happened to be connecting with this opportunity. Imagine, hundred years ago if we talk about Buddhism and Vajrayana Buddhism what’s going opt happen? Even in forties and fifties, during the war and after the war what’s going to happen? So, it is really opening of this much opening is made possible because of the sixties. A lot of people say what happened in sixties is bad, but you realise how much opportunity it has opened. And in particularly Netherlands, can you imagine, you the pioneers who opened up everything.

1:54:21.6 Even today, anywhere else in the world you can go to coffeeshop. Everywhere else there is a problem, right? People get killed, make money and all kinds of things. And see how the Dutch mind really works. So don’t waste that. Honestly don’t waste that. Make best use of it. And all of the social service here also give you support. And that’s not so many places where you have good social service like you do here. Maybe Denmark and Scandinavian countries that’s about it. The America unemployment is five years in your life, total now, its five years. So don’t copy Americans you get into trouble. Really true. So, make use opportunity. Don’t waste. And such opportunity in Netherlands people have, you really don’t have in France or Belgium. Can’t you see it? I’m sure you do see it. Make best use and meditate. This is third time I’m making attempt to come back. So anyway, these are the meditating points. The meditation is the point that you have. You try to sell to yourself.

1:57:09.4. You try your mind to accept and become a part of your life. That’s what we are doing. That’s what you should do, okay, good. So, if we don’t get this, what is the other alternative? Like dog, like cat? Inaudible… So, and goes down. Even those little insects, even those cockroaches, these are the choice. So, it is in your hands right now. Help yourself before it gets too late. I may be able to help myself, I may blessed to be able to help myself. So light and liquid comes, purify all negativity in general, and particularly laziness. Washed away. I become pure. I shall not waste my life, for time. That’s what you do.

1:59:30.9 Okay ten jung nye la ……. That’s what it means. Don’t waste your time for meaningless worthless goals. Okay, the other half verse, len de me lu ……. All right I will do that for my life, time to stop sorry. Okay so that is important for you. And that’s how you help yourself. We are beginning we are not end. And I might not have that much time to go to the end. But we do have a study programs. Particularly here in Tilburg. And in Den Bosch, and in Nijmegen. Those of you who are already in study group I hope it has some help in your life. Those of you who are not already there, you may like to consider. And that maybe the way you can help yourself. The purpose of Jewel Heart is, nothing else but to help you to help yourself. Nothing more. No one has any personal agenda in it. You know it. So maybe it is good opportunity for you to use it. Okay then I’ll come at least once a year. And give teachings on this. And I think you should really attend.

It is not that I’m great but message that I carry have a lot of value. Not only traditionally its correct, and it’s interpreted in modern times, in today’s life as best as I can. And I’m known for that. I’m not blowing my won horns but I’m known for that. And you better use the opportunities. Truly, in one way it sounds funny but in other way its’ true. So, I was asking Marian we try to fix next years’ time. And I’d like to do a week to ten days teaching retreat. For everybody, senior or junior. Old or young. Men or women doesn’t matter. Those who would like to help themselves. So, I will be able to do one in Holland, I will not be able to do one in Den Bosch, one in Nijmegen, one in Tilburg won’t be able to do it. And I’m telling you a year ahead so no matter how busy you may be, so you can make yourself available for that.
